The location was wonderful and the room was upgraded and clean.

The locks to get into the apartment were difficult to figure out so lots of door knob jiggling.

I booked 2 rooms with my family, A guest house with very large and clean rooms, excellent location, large bathroom, comfortable bed, luggage storage services, friendly and helpful staff, 2 minutes from Piazza Di Spagna on foot, and Trevi Fountain, highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience with the staff, who provided excellent support throughout our stay. We arrived in Rome before the official check-in time, and the hotel graciously allowed us to leave our bags until our room was ready. The daily cleaning service was a pleasant surprise, as we didn't expect it to be so thorough. Overall, I would highly recommend this room and the hotel. The location is excellent, right in the center of Rome. There are many other benefits, but I can’t recall them all right now.

While our overall experience was very positive, there were a couple of small issues that prevented me from giving the room a perfect 10. Firstly, there is no ventilation system, so the bathroom window had to be kept open at all times, which occasionally allowed traffic noise to disturb us at night. Secondly, the bathroom door was difficult to close and could only be shut from the inside, which unfortunately let in more street noise due to the open window. As a result, I would recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

It is in an amazing location! We walked everywhere except from Vatican City but for that the metrostation was in a 5 minute distance. The spanish steps were just 5 minutes away, Trevi fountain 8 minutes, shop 3 minutes. I could really enjoy the sightseeing with my 15 month old daughter because we were close to everything. The flat was clean, they provided us a crib, the kitchen is well equipped. For us the bed was comfortable (my husband checked the manufacturer because he wants to buy it for us). The flat is spacious so my toddler really enjoyed it.

I was a little surprised that they took out the garbage on the first day but everything was how we left it. The door has a little trick how to open but when my husband figured it out it was easy to use. As we went in february the floor was a little cold.

Spacious and well cared for. Comfortable bed. TV equipped with Netflix. Room very clean every day, great location, big shower, free coffee, great to be able to leave your luggage. Excellent value for money, I'll come back for sure. Highly recommended.

We liked the location of the hotel, tourist facilities, restaurants and shops were within walking distance. At the same time, the street was quiet. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, bed linen was changed every day. The room was comfortable and had everything you needed. We appreciated the opportunity to leave luggage for free before check-in and after check-out.

We had trouble opening the code lock on the door after the departure, he stuck and we could not enter to pick up our suitcases. New guests were opened to us and we managed to catch our train to the areoport.
