The property itself is located just a five min walk to Porto Cervo Village. Our Villa had a nice view of the port and all of the yachts that would anchor daily. Very authentic rustic decor, a lot of windows and doors to open and let the breeze in. ( if there was one ;-(. I also had a view from the primary suite and bath. The pool is gorgeous and we did go one day. Most of the time you are at an incredible beach, but the pool is very nice.

We didn’t like the beds at all, the mattresses are like cardboard as well as the sheets, maybe in time can update to better sets. I also didn’t read the fine print that there is a fee to use the AC after we paid these high prices. And we needed the AC as there was no breeze while there. The thing that got me was we had to empty all the trash on last day, load in car and drove and dump it. Seems like the cleaning crew could have done that.

The location was fabulous The apartment had a very comfortable homely feel and had everything you will need provided The employees were super friendly and gave us a load of information regarding where to go and what she would suggest staying away from personal experience. I cannot recommend this place enough - book and you will not be disappointed

Nothing it was perfect

The location is excellent and the villa is cool and comfortable with fabulous views in a small gated complex with a beautiful pool

Having to pay €80 extra for air conditioning in August in Sardinia- I felt at this price point it should have been included. Also a few basics like laundry detergent, bin bags and a few coffee pods would have been good to provide.

Loved the location and view of the marina. We also got to enjoy the beautifully renovated pool. We were very happy that the air conditioners were strong, as we didn’t have good luck with other places we stayed at in Sardinia. Excellent stay overall!

The pool was definitely the highlight of the property. It was large, secluded and had comfy lounge chairs.

As we had a late arrival, having the pass key to get access through the gate was very convenient. Label on the door with our name, made sure we were accessing the correct Villa. The villa was very well equipped, spotless and had everything necessary for a great stay. The pool was lovely and gardens surrounding were immaculate. Myra was very informative about the surrounding area and helpful when we had to leave our suitcases in a secure location at the end of the stay. You really need a car to get the best of the area or lots of money to eat and shop in Porto Cervo (which is lovely).

Just an observation, but the villa could have done with a few more cushions for the seats to make them more comfortable. Also worth noting is the pool has no handrails for getting in and out and gets deep quite quickly.

Location was fantastic. Excellent pool area. Helpfulness of the owner. Spaciousness of the villa. BBQ area. Washing machine, iron and dishwasher. Beautiful sea view from the terrace. Peaceful.

Wonderful location walking distance to the centre. Beautiful pool. Great outside space.

It was all just great. Remember To bring your own beach towels and there is a local tax you need to pay in cash (€3 pp per day I think).

Excellent location, close to town centre and a great base for exploring Costa Smerelda. Beautiful pool and gardens, thr villa is spacious, spotless and very well equipped. The welcome was excellent and checkout was easy.

at the risk of being ultra critical it’s a pity in what is a large property that the showers are so small. I’m not a big person but I really struggled to shower. Also a couple of recline chairs in the garden area would have been nice.
