the property is beautiful with great amenities. it’s very close to App State which is why we rented there. the condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable.

The condo itself was missing a few key items. There was no hair dryer which I wasn’t prepared for. There was also not a full length mirror nor another mirror other than one in bathroom which made it difficult to get ready if someone was using the bathroom. The outlets in the bathroom above sink did not work. After I purchased a hair dryer to use, the outlets did not work so I had to use the outlet in the room which had no mirror. The owner might also want to install towel hooks in bathroom as we were hanging wet towels on the wooden doors to dry. Also, putting some coasters in the condo would be good so the beautiful furniture is not damaged. Just a few suggestions to make staying there more convenient for renters and to help keep the condo beautiful.

Food was great and the servers were wonderful. With Covid, we were expecting limited service, but instead it was excellent and the people were warm and made the experience memorable. Tables we had were set a little bit away from other people, which made us feel more secure. The other big plus was walking directly onto the hiking trails from our condo! No driving needed, but a short drive brought us to even more trails.

We prefer a king bed, and there were no kings available at the resort, although many rooms were booked and perhaps some of them had kings.

it was really a charming place I felt like I was at home. It was clean and was so very cozy. they thought of everything...i was up there on family weekend ASU and my son was feeling right at home. I got to do his laundry and cook him a home cooked meal. we did a lot of exploring around the area but not to far from ASU. I see myself definitely going back!

the condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The one thing that wasn’t cleaned very well was the bathroom. there was long brown hair stuck on the shower wall and on the bathroom floors. other than that I was very pleased.

The directions to get to the condo were very confusing and we bumbled around for 15 minutes trying to find it. also tried for over an hour and a half to reach the front desk and no one picked up. finally had to call the spa and ask them to relay a message to the front desk for us.

Picturesque location, good amenities

The front desk phone went to voicemail every time we called. Out of four separate phone messages left for various requests, only one call was returned.

Liked the layout. I was the only one staying there, but entertained friends staying in another hotel there for dinner or wine and appetizers. That unit would be good for a family get together too.

We had no hot water for the first day. Then couldn't get the tap turned off, our last day. Finally, ice maker would never make ice.
