Loved that we could walk into town and there is Famous Toastery right across the street. We enjoyed breakfast there before our hike. Trails are just minutes away and there is also a trail head in town. The inn was quaint and we loved the fireplace. It was still warm outside, so we just used it for ambiance. Owners were very responsive and we were delighted to be able to check in about an hour early. Loved the little sitting area and cosy studio vibe. We would stay here again and would be fun to rent the whole inn and cabin house out for a big-family outing!

There wasn't anything to wash our mugs/glasses with. We just rinsed in the bathroom sink. The pillows were not very comfy for me but my husband loved them. Wish there was a recycling bin as well. We kept all our water bottles out so hopefully they did get recycled.

Room very nice and overall setting was nice. Even had a fireplace, albeit electric; room was presented very nicely, a quality feel. Location was further from the main part of the town than I’d hoped but was walkable, sorta.

No table in the room and the hot water took forever to come up. No breakfast included even though I originally saw this and booked it was because it was listed as a b and b but the note after you book (with no refunds) casually stated that they no longer did breakfast since Covid! Don’t know where or how they would ever have done it with the way it was set up.

Close walk to everything on Main Street. Pictures online are accurate…The room looked the same as photos online. Room was clean and we enjoyed having a kurig in the room with complimentary k cups. The heating fan in the bathroom was a plus! The housekeeper Karen is sweet and helpful.

The king size bed needs rotated around. My legs started hurting in the middle of the night due to them being elevated so much higher than my head. It was a soft bed, it just needs rotated. Also, the door could use a draft guard. The draft from the hallway to outside was chilly! And since there is 2 inches of open space under the door we could hear our neighbors. That’s the only two things I would suggest. Other than that our stay was great.

Beautiful room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed, all very clean. The shower was gorgeous! Great location with easy walk to town. Excellent communication and very easy parking.

The walls of the Inn are thin. It was easy to not just hear noise from below and next door but to hear conversations. I resorted to putting in my earphones and listening to music. The room layout for my particular room (4) included stairs so it seems a push to call the small table and chairs a 'suite'. I would not choose this particular room again. The exterior lights also streamed in from the balcony door blinds so the room was too light for my personal taste at night.

Location was great. Walkable to shops/food on Main Street, yet nestled on a quiet side street for quaint privacy. Best of both worlds. Great breakfast within a 3min walk.

The only negative that I can find is the amount of sunlight in the mornings. Up at 6am due to the thin sheer windows dressing. Definitely need some blackout curtains to alleviate the morning brightness. Other than that, it was amazing.

Facilities were clean (newly updated/modern), bed was comfortable, location great. Didn't really see anyone, but got all the info we needed via text prior to arrival and was responsive when I needed something. Have a specific spot to park in right outside the door.

Room was way too bright in the morning. AC unit was loud and constantly running because we like it cold when we sleep.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to Main Street. The property was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We were lucky to get snow which made it look like a winter wonderland! ❄️ Karen was so sweet, easy to reach , and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely be back to this property the next time we visit Blowing Rock. 😊

Staff so helpful and friendly. The location is awesome. No crazy rules like some places. Very cute little apartment.

The biggest issue was lack of comfortable seating. Patio chairs and kitchen chairs both hard and unsupportive. Bed was ok. No ice machine and no freezer in the mini fridge so bring a cooler if you want ice.

Everything. This place was so perfect and very safe. It was so beautifully decorated and generous in its offerings. The room was so comfortable with everything you needed. They were very responsive to any needs. The location was walkable to everything. This place made me want to return to Blowing Rock just to stay there.

Ease of check-in and cleanliness of the room

The billing issues with Booking.com were disappointing and I wasted a lot of time during my 2 days of vacation trying to resolve with customer support that did not provide a solution. The property helped me fix the issue after Booking.com could not.
