The room was one largest and best of my trip, there was also a sitting room just off the bedroom. Bed was very comfortable. Would I stay there again absolutely! Ahmad the owner and designer of the hotel is an awesome host.

Ahmed, the hotel owner is extremely friendly and he spent lots of his time telling us about the region, history and helpful tips for our travel. All the hotel staff were nice to deal with. We had a delicious tajine (typical Morrocan stew) for dinner. Breakfasts were fine, typical for the country: Quality fruit juices, coffee or mint tea. Eggs, fresh bread, jam and honey. Our two rooms were clean with comfortable beds, neatly furnished. The hotel has a nice cosy terrace on the top floor.

I can not think of anything. The two nights in the Tin Joseph hotel were the best part of our Morocco travels.

My wife was pregnant and came down with complications. Ahmad, the owner, took us to the emergency clinic and the pharmacy after, late at night. The next morning, he took us to the gynecologist, cooked us special food the doctor ordered, and let us check out late so my wife could rest. Also, the rooms smelled amazing and were cleaner than most we had stayed in. We felt like we were taken care of by angels during our brief stay here.

This is a wonderful place for your stay in Ouarzazate. Ahmad, the owner is warm and welcoming. He will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. He treats you like family and you will feel this before you leave. He speaks many languages fluently, so communication is easy. The place is clean and comfortable with several areas to relax in. There is a wonderful rooftop terrace with a nice view to relax on in the evenings. The staff is friendly and helpful too. The food is excellent. I ate breakfast and dinner at Tin Joseph’s every day, and was not disappointed. It is a 15 minute walk to the airport, or a 5 minute drive, which makes it easy to get in and out if you are flying. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are soft, and the water is hot. There is a small market and a little bakery right across the street too. I would highly recommend staying here.

What a great stay! Tin Joseph is conveniently located near the airport (15-minute walk or 3-minute drive) and just a 5-10 minute taxi ride to the town centre. The room is clean, classy and spacious, and the bed is very big and comfortable. Ahmad is a great host and has beautifully designed the entire house. He welcomed us with tea and made sure our every need was taken care of. We feel so grateful to have been able to learn more about Moroccan culture and history from Ahmad and enjoyed all the friendly and insightful conversations we had. Ahmad really went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and comfortable and we strongly recommend Tin Joseph to anyone stopping in Ouarzazate!

This is the first hotel in my life which deserves 10/10 ( i have been traveled a lot to 5stars hotels, but could not give them the same rating). The property is super clean and the owner is super friendly,and every detail in the Hotel is thought out. The interior is charming, and the furniture very stylish and expensive. every piece on interior has its history. The owner is a berber who respects his roots and his family heritage. i stayed there only for 1 night on the way to Merzouga, but I really regret that we couldn’t stay more. we fell in love with Ouarzazete and with the hotel. after Casablanca and Marrakech we where impressed how clean and rich the city of Ouarzazete is. Definitely recommend. The best stay I have ever had.

Absolutely everything,the place is beautiful,everything you could possibly need has been catered for with amazing attention to detail . Owner is a lovely man who spent quite a lot of time with us explaining the building of the property,it’s totally unique and makes you feel like you are staying somewhere very exotic. We are in Morocco after all ! Our bed was huge, breakfast was lovely. Nicest place we’ve stayed so far and been here 3 weeks already.

The only negative to our stay in Tin Joseph was we only got to stay one night . The host Ahmed was such a gentleman. He gave us such a warm welcome. He was extremely knowledgeable and taught us some interesting things about Berber culture. The facilities were excellent, everything you needed was there . The breakfast was delicious, and the decor was unique and quirke with a mixture of the local culture and movies memorabilia 10/10 stay made extra special by a wonderful host .

Mr.Ahmed, at the hotel was great. Having a dumb waiter where at other places the luggage had to be lugged to the rooms, meant a lot of manual work was avoided . A wonderful place to stay . The rooms were thoughtfully done , placements of towel racks, comfortable beds, charging points et al. Having a couple of eateries / cafe and a supermarket close by meant you wouldn't go hungry. Big bonus is Tin Joseph has articles...dresses, semi precious stone artefacts et al, for sale at very reasonable prices.

One thing that Tin Joseph can do to get full marks is provide the rooms with electric kettle!! We like hot tea/ coffee / hot water early in the morning, Mr.Ahmed !!!!.

Wonderful stay! Mr. Ahmed, the owner, was an exceptional host, waiting until 10 PM to welcome us with tea. The place feels like home and has all essentials. He kindly upgraded us to a spacious suite with a balcony. Good Wi-Fi, decent breakfast, and he even saw us off on our last day. We originally booked the Berber Palace but switched last minute—no regrets. Would definitely stay here again!
