We were sad that a full English was no longer available, but the self service system for "continental" was well laid out and easy to use. We loved having the patio doors to open as it was particularly hot. As always the room was immaculate and comfortable.

The cold tap in the bathroom ran hot most of the time which made cleaning our teeth unpleasant. We had a travel hairdryer provided which wasn't brilliant for my thick hair, but that's a minor complaint. The only other problem was the noise in the dining room woke us up on two mornings. Perhaps some rugs would deaden the sound of scraping chairs or the note asking guests to be quiet should be bigger and more obvious. These are really small problems and overall we loved our stay as always. Thank you, Jane.

What a charming place to stay. It is peaceful and relaxing The breakfast is self service continental. It has the basics like cereal toast etc. This was enough for us but it's not the full continental with meats cheese and rolls that you might expect if going to a big hotel. The room was on the small side but clean and bed was comfortable. The only negative thing I can say is that there was no cupboard in our room but there were a couple on hooks on the wall to hang your clothes. If your only staying in the area a couple of nights I think you'd be hard pushed to find anything better in the area.

As I have said above, the only negative point is the room didn't have a cupboard to hang clothes. Also there doesn't appear anywhere in the area to go for a drink or meal.

Very clean, pretty room, everything functional and working in the bathroom, nice, clean towels and sheets, nice attention to details: the hearts on the night stands, sensor touch lamps.... Good open bar cold breakfast. Nice and welcoming host.

Just as a suggestion: an expresso machine in the dining room and a mini fridge in our room would have really helped a lot.

The B&B was lovely and quaint, with a modern feel. We loved the chickens and donkeys out in the garden. The room was very comfortable, lovely bathroom with a great shower and a great hearty breakfast. The chef was very friendly and chatty. Would recommend

We had the King Suite on the ground floor. The room itself was lovely, however, it is right next to the Kitchen and from 7am onwards you can hear people having breakfast and talking - pretty much right by where you are sleeping. It wasn't the best when wanting to have a good sleep/lie in as you're on holiday. I do think this could be communicated to customers upon booking, as we were quite disappointed by this!

The hosts are very friendly and I really enjoyed the little chat we had. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My room was small but everything was really thought out. The same goes for the breakfast: It's self-service but with great attention to detail. The building is beautiful too. There is a garden where I could sit and watch the stars. I only stayed one night, but I'd come back at any time and can only recommend this BnB.

Liked the self check in as due to us charging a lot on the way there to make sure we'd make it, we got to the b&b at gone midnight. Clean, no issues. TV with app support was a plus.

We had some out of date milk in our room. Wasn't a big deal as there was a lot of fresh uht too. Not sure how possible it would be to add type 2 charging to the spaces available. We'd pay more to make this available and would help as a future investment.

It was self check in with easy instructions to check in and out. Clean room and ensuite bathroom. Tea/coffee with kettle provided so was convenient as did not have the breakfast due to very early check out and breakfast was from 7am. Nice quiet area, with access to a corner shop nearby too. Loved the folder with various information about the restaurants nearby and the history of the area and building. Will definetly stay again.

Very comfortable room, biscuits were a lovely touch. Bed was comfy and slept well. Shower was great. Can't rate the staff as didn't see anyone, however contact via email and text was good.

We had an early start in the morning and the self service breakfast room is next to a bedroom. We were very conscious of this so tried really hard to be quiet, but it did make us feel a little awkward.

The location was very convenient for our meeting at Capel Dewi. The room was very clean and comfortable with all facilities. The dining room was well presented and the breakfast was quite sufficient.

Bed side lights not on both sides. The shower room was quite compact but difficult to do much about that.

It was a tasteful conversation which still retained its original character, very comfortable and clean, meeting all requirements. Our hostess was very friendly and made a point of introducing herself at breakfast.

We couldn’t fault it in any way.
