Very clean, big and comfortable flat ,easy check in, nearby a lot of restaurants and market.

Only one thing, the check out time is 10 AM,which make non sense, if you ask for late check out ,you have to pay 15 euro for each hr.

Excellent location, 24/7 reception where they let us leave our bags as we arrived too early to check in. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay, clean and comfortable.

The blinds didn't cover the patio doors, they only reached 3/4 way down the door leaving the bottom quarter uncovered and there weren't shutters for those doors (there was a button and other flats seemed to have them and we did have shutters for the kitchen window, but there didn't appear to be one for the patio doors). We didn't complain as it wasn't a problem for us as we prefer a light room so we wake up early naturally but it could be an issue for people that require/prefer total darkness.

The location is the best. Near city center. Garage under the building is great thing. You can go everywhere by foot or use near by transport. There is Spar near by so you dont have to go in expencive ABC Market. The apartment itself is very nice and new looking.

The cleaning staff is really bad. It is one thing that the accomodation crew needs to really take care of. The apartmant smelled really bad when we arrived and it was poorly cleaned. There was left over bread in closet,.. the staff on reception was great and everything else was great but it needs to be said that you should consider of taking some other cleaning service. Also the halls in building is poorly cleaned. But never the less we really enjoyed our stay.

The location is amazing, the apartment itself is beautiful, well-equipped, spacious, and they do pay attention to details for a guest's stay.

The bed and the sheet's quality should be improved. Especially avoiding re-using any sheet (even if it's clean) that has stains on them. That puts everyone off.

Be careful if yiu arrive after 00:00. The staff from the reception is out and only guy who you can talk to is the security guy and I was in a situation whre I paid for the parking but I was unable to access it because the guy from security didn't know anything about it....after long discussions I was able to park.... Not a great experience....

This is a new flat in very good condition. Location is very good, in the center but quiet. Everything was very clean.

The pictures and reality is not the same. The apartment is very-very basic. I think the owner has several apartments in the house and the pictures were made of the nicest one. Our one was not nice. New, clean but not nice.

Great location. Very clean. Spacious and had everything we needed! Great value for money.

It was so hot! We turned all the radiators off, tried opening windows and even tried the air con and we were both waking up in sweats - we had to sleep separately because of this too… Bit odd for the middle of March. But otherwise it was great.

What was great was a tablet for the washing machine and washing up liquid . The coffee pods and tea bags on arrival and shower gel and shampoo. All in all we had a fantastic stay which would have been even better with a few tweaks. Highly recommend to others.

The location was excellent and the apartment was clean and bright, however little things stop us giving an excellent mark . There were only two glasses both wine glasses one plastic one and one with a stem that looked like it had been taken from a bar. We could really have done with 4 tumblers. There was only one roll of toilet paper but we were given more when we asked at reception. The television had a code we were never given to be honest a blue tooth speaker would have been better. Only commenting because we had a superior apartment and you expect these touches.

Good location, clean and great new building. Building is relatively quiet at nights. Reception office in the same building was also great and this makes check-ins and check-outs very easy or if you need to ask something or need some help.

I would like to see some discounts for longer term guests.

The atitude of the „owners“ from reception. We specially tried to book a place where we can stay with our dog. The first comment of the blonde girl at the reception when i arrived after a 8 hours driving trip was „dog, what dog? We don‘t allow dogs.“ yes, you do, is written in booking, i told her. „Ah, you are maybe the last persons allowed with an animal here, dogs and pers destroyed a lot of things in our apartments“. Yes, maybe, but not my dog!!!!! Than on the phone the dog tax was 30 for 2 days € at the location they charged me 50 € without any explanation. Plus in the day of the check out, their electrician / cleaning man no idea who it was, entered our apartment at 9:00 o‘clock without knocking or carrying if someone is still living there. Really??????
