The beds were very comfortable and the bed linens were crispy and fresh, the pillows and the blankets were comfortable too - not easy find in this country. Clean room, good water pressure
The location/address is tricky - the apple/google maps sent us to the other part of the Medina. The host should do better job with the directions. My taxi driver dropped me off very far, which could be avoided if I had simple way to show taxi driver my drop off location. The breakfast was a bit disappointing- no eggs, just warmed up bread from the day prior and I did not like their coffee/juice. It may be the cook was not there in am as I saw people were served wonderful dishes for dinner the previous night. The unpleasant surprise was a request for Euro 5 to store luggage for one hour. Having said that, this is my 3rd hotel in Medina and I won’t be coming back to this one, despite very good bedding. Location sucks, long long walk to the square through semi unsafe area.

Staying in this riad was the best choice we made for this trip. It is a walkable distance from the medina if you dont have mobility problems (about 10-15 minutes). The facilities were very nice and the breakfast delicious. We felt very welcome from the beginning but I most give a special mention to Hamid who in my opinion is the highlight of this riad, very hardworking and genuinely nice person who made us feel like family, went out of his way to help us and made it very sad to leave Marrakech. شكراً Hamid for bringing even more joy to our vacation, we wish you the best in life.

Very nice Riad with beautiful decorations. Friendly staff. Possible to check in late. Great roof top terrace. Not much to see, but very nice for breakfast and relaxation. Marrocan breakfast.
Hard to find the place, which means that people in the street take adantage of it and charge you for their help (which they don't tell, until you reach the riad. (If you don't have internet, download Google Maps offline before you arrive, it will help you to some extend). I was charged extra 5 Euro, and Booking.com replied that it was for taxes, even though my confirmation said "incl. taxes". Just write it, if the costumers should expect to pay taxes, then there will be no misunderstandings:)

Very clean, friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable. Host was very welcoming and happy to help with any questions. The location of the Riad is very hard to find unless you are dropped off at Parking Bap Taghzout. From there head towards the open square where you will find what looks like a construction ground. Head towards the end of the wall and take a right the it’s the first left and first left again. You come to and underpass and the Riad is at the end on the right blue door. Wish I would of known this.
The Riad does not show on Google maps so it’s very easy to get lost.

we stayed for 3 nights and Saloua, Hakim and Hamid welcomed us and pampered us all the time, as well as helping us with the language, they helped us with excursions (making the minibus come behind the riad to recover) and accompanying us to give us precise directions on the roads to take. We felt at ease. To the next trip to Morocco. Riad highly recommended!
being the riad not so central on the first day was not very easy to orient but the hosts helped us immediately and this gave us way to reach quartirei of Marrakech that otherwise we would not have visited

The best thing about the Riad is it’s people, the welcome was amazing, super friendly. It’s a small place but very nice decoration. Bathroom facility was clean but in need of repairing. To reach the Riad it’s complicated through the small streets, you get help from youngsters that lead you there and then there is the discussion of payment. But that’s part of the Marrakech experience. Don’t get impatient, go with the flow. If you are not a complicated person you will enjoy this place and have a nice conversation with the young couple that manage it. I will definitely come back.
Perhaps the bathroom was not in a good condition.

The vibe of the owners is super welcoming and warm. They can speak English and French, so it's very easy to communicate together with them. They were helping with every small request we made and with every problem we encountered: they gave us water bottles one night when we realized too late we were out of it; they were okay in giving us the option of an earlier breakfast when we asked them; they kept our belongings (extra heavy luggage and shopping bag) and took care of them in a couple of nights we spent in other cities. They were always very pleasant people to talk to and supportive in all ways. We felt at home the whole time and it was an extremely good and cozy feeling. I'd always like to perceive this welcoming vibe when traveling abroad to a new country, experiencing a very different culture. There was also a night receptionist taking care of the riad and of the breakfast, Abdul. He has also been super nice and caring, and in the morning he was even coming up to our door to inform us that the breakfast was ready so that we were not going to eat it cold. One day he also came to pick us up in a square close to the riad to help us find the way. This is not enough to describe how nice the experience in this riad was, but for sure we want to highlight that we definitely recommend it! Thank you so so much for the experience! In our week in Morocco, this was the riad where we felt the most welcomed and the most appreciated and taken care of. We know you have just opened so we want to wish you all the best in your future! The owner and staff were exceptionally and helpful, clean place , treating us like family and fulfilling all our requests without hesitation.
The location is a bit tucked away, which might put some people off. I liked it, but my family wasn’t as keen on the location and the narrow, slightly dim street leading to the Riad. This is typical for most Riads, except for high-end places. Overall, it’s great value for the money.

Room is very nice. We saw a couple reviews about the location, but for us a 10 minute walk to the souks is more then good! Loved to stay in a little less crowded area. Then lastly, the people at Les Jardins des Lila’s are simply wonderful! They helped us with all our questions and even went way beyond the service they had to offer by calling loads of spas to find one that still had some availability! Breakfast is very good as well and more then you need! All in all it were 4 superb nights!

Staying at this Riad felt like being part of a family. Everyone was so helpful and really nice, we didn’t have to worry about anything. At the beginning of our stay we got so many good recommendations for the city (restaurants, money exchange, places to see and streets) as well as tips on safety. We felt really safe being here (we were three girls). Especially Abdul deserves credits, his kindness and big smile made our trip so much more special. We would definitely come back here.
