The apartment is just a few mins walking distance to Canal city mall and many food choices available. A very convenient location and 1 stop away from Hakata station. Room is spacious for a jap standard. Very satisfied with all the room amenities provided like bedroom slippers and 4 rubbish bins.

If only more towels provided for more than 2 days as complimentary, more clothes hanger, or wall hooks outside the shower room will be perfect! And the sofa bed may need replacement, already tearline can be seen. Washer/dryer machine is not strong enough to dry the clothes in winter, but alternative is to dry the clothes thru the aircon heater on for the night.

Check in was complicated with multiple separate emails. No luggage storage since facility is unmanned. No option for early check in.

The room was great. Very spacious for a Japanese room. It was a perfect for a family of 3 (2 adults and a teenager). The view of the canal was amazing.

I didn't like the price for parking. From 5 PM to 10AM it was a total of 5100 yen. The lot that is advertised on the listing for 900 yen for over night.

The room was clean and comfortable, and with the fold-out couch comfortably slept my family of four without my children having to share a double bed.

The check-in process and door codes etc were a bit complicated, and there was nobody on site to assist with the check-in process. We did get it figured out, but there was another group who had gone up to their room and couldn't get in.

Parking is not linked with the place but a public parking nearby. You have to understand by yourself how it works. Unmanned hotel, so you have to fill in a form in advance and check in on a tablet when you arrive. Better to have internet then as you have to scan a QR code at the end of check in to get the code to open your room

Location is centralised, walking distance to Canal City and eateries

There is a washer that comes with a dryer in the unit. However, the dryer is not really working, took one whole night even without drying our clothing. No English instructions are written on the washer. Will be good if the owner expects to host foreign tourists to list instructions in English.

Great location, a short walk to Canal City, 24-hour convenience stores, restaurants, and even a Yatai area. Our room had a wonderful view of the river. The room even had 2 small balconies. Smooth, unmanned check-in and check-out process.

For those who prefer the subway, it's pretty far from the nearest station. Also, while the unmanned process was smooth, it's probably not for everybody.

Location is good. There's a convenience store nearby and a nice restaurant in front of the hotel. Short walk to Canal City Hakata. Car park is just in front of the hotel and plenty of parking lots. Room is good size for a family of 4.

Check in was a bit confusing.

Despite a 15 minute walk from Hakata station the location is fantastic. It is very close to Canal City and yatais. The property sits riverside and the balcony extends to the water's edge. The view is serene. The property is very comfortable and has plenty of space to relax. Great for families

Had difficulties with check as the code that was sent was not working. Beds are very firm.

Location was amazing. 4 min walk to canal city and 15 min walk to Hakata station! room was exactly what we needed. Enough space to sleep 4 and even had fridge, freezer, kitchen, and washing machine.
