Location was amazing! You'll be literally staying in the city center. Our room was so cute. It wasn't big but it had everything we needed. Old Italian windows, high ceiling which we both adore and a small clean bathroom!!! Our window looked directly on the street which was a big plus. The bed was really comfortable.

The only thing I didn't particularly like was communication. When I say that, I mean that we had a small key situation. There was a girl who gave us our key card when we checked in but when we said that we can't enter our room with that, she didn't believe us and refused to come up stairs and help us out. So we had to go downstairs twice to ask her to please come upstairs and help us out. It turned out that our card actually didn't work, so we waited for another one. I can't blame her, she was really nice and apologized in the end so maybe she just thought that we could figure it out by ourselves.

The place is in really amazing location. It was close to everything what we wanna see. also around 15 minutes walk to train station, where you could take for example train to Venice for one day trip, and of course bus for the airport. the room and bathroom clean Bed comfortable Check in easy

It would be nice to have a kettle in the room to make some tea Especially for people who stay for week or more

Other people have had problems with the self check in system, but we were able to use it without any problems whatsoever. The room is spacious and the location is basically perfect.

The front door light turns turn on automatically with sensors when you go the bathroom plus the door between the vestibule and the bedroom is also very squeeky so it's hard to go to the toilet in the night without waking up your partner.

Location was excellent, very easy to get to. Room was very clean and the shower was excellent.

The automatic/computer check in process was very time consuming for 12 guests. It would have been better if we could have checked every guest in earlier that day with passports and ID and just collected the key at 3pm. The line up behind us was pretty long too, so everyone was getting frustrated. Two keys for each room would have been handy too.

Location was perfect. Checkin was ok if you follow the instructions. Room was good.value, clean and large enough. We didn't spend much time in the room, only to sleep, so overall it was great.

The room we had only had a small window which was high up, so you couldn't see out. The aircon/ heating remote was confusing, so the room wasn't very warm (December). We maybe should have asked for a blanket, but didn't get round to it. YES

Situated in the city centre. Clean room. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Warm.

Check in was a little tricky but I think it was a one off rather than the typical process. It is automated and the wrong box opened meaning there was no key inside, but it was resolved within a minute and partly my fault because I don’t check my emails

Fab location, really close to one of the main squares, but down a lovely quiet side street. The room was spotless, modern shower and nice shared kitchen space with one other room. Don’t be put off by the difficult check in, we found it super simple if you’re tech savvy!

There was only one high window so a lack of natural light and no iron.

The room was pretty clean, located just few steps from Arena Verona and 3 minutes walking to our parking. The hosts would answer us quickly whenever we needed help. I recommend this place for your stay in Verona 😃

Amazing location, clean and spacious rooms, friendly host, big tv, and private patio!

Uncomfortable pillows, not enough toilet paper for 4 nights, and a trash can in the bedroom would be great.

The unit was full of charm, comfortable, clean and safe in a prime location a few steps from the arena right in the heart of Verona. We wish we could’ve stayed longer, prefect value for money!
