Our plane was delayed more than 5 hours, our night was a compleate disaster, but I was in constant contact with Marono. He was the kindest person in that day, and he could try to give the best option to us, what we would thank him. He was understandable, and waited for us for a long therm. We would like to say thank you for everything to him. The room was super, the breakfast was great, five stats to the Hotel Cyrano and Morano :)

Easy to find for a one-night stop-over, good underground parking. Nice touch of biscuits and water in the lobby. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Location good - quite close to centre.

Noisy bar quite close to hotel, had some noise on a Saturday night. No map of town available - unusual.

Stayed for one night... hotel is about 10 to 12 minutes walk from soronno train station..frequent trains to milan and best if u want to go to lake como. Very good staff,room was spacious..very neat and clean. Hotel has lift. Taxi if u want are easily available from station to hotel.u need to.exit from the main entrance of the station only to get to this hotel. Thier breakfast was typical Italian with continental food also but good choices and very tasty.. staff are very good..all are very kind and helpful. There is luggage storage also in this hotel. Best part was they gave us an early check in since our flight arrived early morning. Will surely stay if I come back...

Nothing everything was fine... it would be extra advantage if hotel provides shuttle to its guests from train station to thier hotel. Rest all things are good...

Spacious and clean room. Good bathroom with very nice shower. Great breakfast. Free parking in the garage beneath the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel located near various restaurants. Fine hotel for a stop over.

It was quite warm in the room, airco not functioning well. The beds were a bit hard for two of us, for the other two they were fine.

Cyrano hotel is about 10 minutes from Saronno train station just a few minutes to Saronno high street, The staff was welcoming and very helpful, The hotel was really nice and clean and the price is excellently affordable, The breakfast was lovely Excellent customer service thank you.. Will definitely return to Cyrano Hotel when visiting Saronno again.

Very nice clean hotel. It has convenient underground parking, well planned, so you can drive in a large car without any problems. The room is large, renovated, everything is clean, the bed is wonderful, the plumbing is excellent. It is clear that the hotel is well maintained. Breakfast is very tasty and varied. Thanks to the friendly staff. Please stay as wonderful as you are.

Everything was great, I would highly recommend this place to business travellers and also families. The facilities are nice and cosy, especially the bathroom area. Breakfast choices are also very respectful, with many options for hot/cold sandwiches, eggs, croissants and other sweets and fruits. didn't expect such choice.

Not sure if the air conditioning works as the room get's a lot of sun, it might get pretty hot in the summer time, but that I can't predict that as I stayed in the end of March.

We left early so we didn’t have a chance to have breakfast, the location was good easy to access the hotel was close to the motorway so easy to carry on with our travels. Very good service the gentleman on the reception when we arrived was very helpful and polite thank you very much

Excellent location, near the center and also the railway station providing very fast commute to the center of Mlan. Spacious underground parking. Polite and helpful staff, the lady at the reception arranged a reservation for the restaurant nearby despite the late hour. Very good breakfast. Also very clean. The rooms are simple but equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable, although not luxurious, stay.

Cleaning can get a bit better like washroom and floor other then that loved staying there will definitely come back to enjoy yummy breakfast 💗

There wasnt any kitchen to buy quick snacks for babies or if you get hungry and there should be microwave as well to warm food.
