Ideally located along the motorway. Convenient room, we didn’t try breakfast, quiet, simple check in.

It was raining, we asked for a restaurant which is across the road. Restaurant is supposed to be open until 22:00, but when we arrived at 21:15 it was closed. We then had a snack at the fuel station next to the hotel. One of the problems of selecting a place to stay at, is either it is full by the time you arrive or you book in advance and are sure of a room. However if you then have adverse weather conditions the trip becomes longer and more tiring. We have tried booking at this hotel in the past, but it was always fully booked.

We were landing quite late at Bordeaux Airport so this hotel was perfect for an overnight as you can check in at anytime. It is only a short drive from the airport and was easy to find so the location was perfect for us. Check-in was quick and easy - although there was a small queue at midnight! The room was clean and comfortable and extremely quiet, despite being so close to the motorway. Breakfast in the morning was fine and extremely good value. If we ever have a late flight again I would certainly stay here.

The place was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy, en-suite facilities were also clean and had a very nice shower. The staff spoke very good English so no need to embarrass myself with my bad French. Superb area for dog owners to walk around.

The only thing I could say is that the breakfast didn’t feel like very good valve for money, however everything was fresh and there was enough to leave me satisfied, so for the convenience it’s not to bad.

Perfect for our needs… easy to find, nice room, comfy bed, hot shower and no hassle. We enjoyed our stay and slept very well. The eateries on site were the service station, we wouldn’t recommend going here but would highly recommend a short walk to the grill restaurant, Courtepaille, we had a delicious evening meal here. Staff were very welcoming on arrival and departure.

Only draw back was our room was in the first floor just above we’re people drink and chat, which was a bit noisy a couple of times. The road is also noisy but we choose this hotel as it was nearest to the airport… 16 mins and we were dropping our hire car off

The staff on duty when we checked in were very lovely, chatty and helpful- well spoken in English to make up for our very poor French. Very spacious rooms , nice and clean , good size bathroom, good location for motor way driving. Secure parking. Breakfast includes some tasty pastries but not much else - but for the money worth it if having coffee and juice etc We went to the grill restaurant under the bridge which was a short walk. They allowed us in with our dog and the food was basic but very tasty.

Breakfast probably could’ve had some more items - fresh fruit etc would’ve been nice.

Very modern clean hotel. Big family room with a double and 3 single beds. Very comfortable beds. Conveniently situated in an Aire just south of Bordeaux - easy access. Secure parking with gates closed overnight. Although there were no eating facilities on the premises apart from breakfast, there was a cafe 2 minutes walk and a good restaurant just a five minute walk away. Lots of grassy areas for the dogs. Would definately stay again.

Very convenient location (rest area on the highway to Spain). Perfect choice to rest for the night when going from Belgium to Portugal. Despite being in a rest area, the isolation of the room was very good and we couldn't hear any noise and could rest very well. Fast check in and check out. Decent breakfast starting early (6 am). Parking. Very practical.

The options for dinner are poor. During the check in, the receptionist was very talkative (he was of course trying to be nice and he was not inconvenient or nothing like that), but after a very long trip we really just wanted to get to the room and have a shower and some rest. Some people might appreciate it, though.

Good location straight off the motorway Really pleasant reception staff. Massive room and bathroom with powerful hot shower. Motorway cafe next door or lovely restaurant a few minutes walk away which allowed dogs. Really comfortable bed and a great nights sleep. 2nd stay there and would definitely stay again

No kettle / tea facilities in room but not really a problem as we had our own

The staff on out arrival were welcoming and helpful Accepted our dog with an additional charge Room was a good size and clean Continental Breakfast was good. Due to its location we were happy to have a restaurant located only a few mins walk away for our evening meal where we received a discount as we were staying at the Ace Hotel Parking on site Will.definately stay here again

Location was perfect for us as we were driving home from Spain to the UK. Just off the motorway but no traffic noise. No dinner available but the service station restaurant just next door with perfectly good options. Nice kids play park outside also which was great for running the kids around after being in the car all day!

tea / coffee making facilities in the room would have made a difference for weary travellers!
