The place is nice enough for the price. It was clean and the ladies working the desk were super nice.

There is nothing the hotel could do about the following; Loud plumbing and hearing the floor above you walk and drop things. To elaborate... When a room beside yours takes a shower at 3:00am you hear it. The noise from the ceiling can only be solved if you stay on the very top floor.

The staff. I had arrived late at night and needed to change my room to better accommodate my wife’s bad back. The reception staff simply asked what I needed, found something that was just right. The next morning they inquired how my wife was. In addition, when we went to breakfast, the cook went out of her way to see that we got everything we wanted. And the food was good. That’s what makes you want to come back.

Breakfast was great: Mrs Emma was amazing. She was so nice, polite and helpful. She made me feel like family.

I wish they could have had more turkey bacon or turkey sausage. I don't eat pork

I left before breakfast started. I'm quite accustomed to missing breakfast however. I did not have need of the wifi, so I have nothing to say about it. Property was VERY conveniently located for my purposes. Key cards, elevator, lights, TV, restroom fixtures all worked, no issues.

I was hot and tired when I walked into my room. The heat/AC unit was turned off. It was almost as warm in my room as it was outside (mid to high 80's) and took almost an hour with the AC on high to cool the room down. I have noticed many hotels will adjust the temp on the unit to save some energy for days/nights that the room is not rented, and I understand, but having it turned off was an unpleasant surprise. Walls and doorways bear witness to heavy use, could use a little paint & update, tidy up the walls and door trim etc, but that didn't affect my sleep of course!

Room and view was amazing. The staff PHENOMENAL. My stay was AMAZING and so was the breakfast!

not so much location because when I opened the window it’s a run down hideous motel next door with a lot of suspicious activities going on

Close to the plant where I was working, staff was friendly and helpful (thanks for the late checkout Friday!). Breakfast was great.

The fragrance diffusers they used gave my allergies fits lol

Good location close to interstate! The facility was clean, neat and the breakfast was great!! I love that Ms. Emma is back working the breakfast hours!! She is a treasure and makes all feel welcome and cared for!!!!

The plants on the exterior of the property could use help! The grounds could be upgraded!!

I would say I could hear the people in the room beside me when I was in the bath room. Other than that I have nothing bad to say.

This property was clean! Miss Emma is the best breakfast cook I have personally ever had at a typical hotel. She is a special lady and made my stop one that I will forever remember!

The only things I can say I didn’t love was an uncontrollable, and it was the overall location.

Great location to the job I was there to do. Breakfast is as opened early and was kept fresh. Plenty of space and had a desk to work. WiFi was feee.

It was a little dated and no hot tub.
