We Travel often and come there often and we always get an out. Side Room, which I would prefer an inside room but it is what it is. It was clean in the bed was fairly comfortable. The staff was wonderful. As always, I do not like the fact that now you have to put a $200. Deposit down to stay in your room. For one night we come there all the time. And that's a big hit to have to wait to have that money. Put back on your card it took three days, otherwise everything was good.

I didn't like the $200 charge. You had to put down on your card to stay one night. It took 3 days to have it. Put back on our card when you're traveling. That's a great inconvenience. We travel frequently and we stop at your hotel every time we come through. It's so it is a great inconvenience for us. It may make a difference the next time we come through.

The staff was friendly and helpful!! Breakfast was...meh. There's plenty of places nearby though. Including Cracker Barrel and Waffle House. Attached restaurant/bar was ok. Didn't eat there, probably bar food. $60 for 4 "double shots" (dubious) of Gentleman Jack!! Overall, leisurely, decent stay. Thankx folx!

No complaints. Room had a faint cigarette/pot odor but that's due to assholes that don't care about the next people who stay here. Nor the posted "No smoking room" notice.

Great service from front desk to a room service Great place to be. hope I see it again

My next room when they close or exit their door I feel like some one came into my room. It takes me a while to figure out. What was going on later I found out they were drinking alcohol that cause them fall every where in room. I don't pay no attention latter. People who are using alcohol should be prohibited

the person at the front desk was very accomadating and extremely helpful. He made sure that we settled in our rooms and was able to give directions and places to eat if we wanted. Showed me the laundry room and I was able to get laundry done. The only complaint is that the dryer did not dry very well. overall a nice place to stay.

The front desk needs to have more availability to make change. now a days many people do not carry cash on them and when it is late and your tired, trying to make change is the last thing on your mind. If you don't have change finding an atm and getting a 20 out then trying to brake that was rough and then the dryer did not dry all the clothes very well. I ended up laying out my clothes and then packing them in the morning. I did not feel like trying to get another $1.50 in quarters to try and dry them again.

We had a few issues at check in, but things where taken care of in a very good manner.we loved our stay breakfast was amazing. It was a little lound at bed time wich was midnight other then that all things where taken care of and our stay was great we will be back for sure

A little nosie late at night and could us alittle better cleaning or new sheets and a bad smell on 1st floor but all in all room was clean just needs a little tlc

The property was under construction but the rooms and facilities were still extremely clean, there was no obstructions, the staff was all very kind, and helpful. Some of the cleanest rooms I have seen in a hotel recently. You can definitely tell that this hotel will be top of the line once all of the remodels are complete. Our kids had a blast in the open foyer playing with other children they met since it was too cold to go outside. The breakfast was actually a full-on breakfast and not just a cereal bar. One of the more comfortable beds I've ever slept in in a hotel.

It wasn't a big deal for us but it would be nice if we knew before looking online that the pools were closed for maintenance.

The lady at the front desk was rude at checkin. We had no remote in the room for the tv. I went to the front desk to ask for one. He looked through a few drawers at the front desk and said we don’t have anymore remotes. he didn’t see if there was a empty room to get one from or even bother even trying.

The price was good and the room was spacious and clean. We also used the indoor pool and it was nice and clean.

There was a shooting the last night of our stay.

nice location off the hwy, the renovation that has been done looks good and looks like more they are doing so think it will be really up to date once finished

the indoor pool says heated it was cold, very cold. the cleaning could have been a lot better through the halls but we checked in later in the day.

The location was good. Close to a lot of restaurants. The bed was comfortable.

Found out it was kind of like a "trap house hotel". The breakfast was mostly pork based.
