My daughter and I LOVED the 3.50 Euro breakfasts in the bar - fab coffee, toast, butter and jam, served with great charm, no matter which member of staff was on duty each morning. Much preferred this light breakfast to the larger type served in the hotel restaurant.

Most unusually, there was absolutely nothing about our apartment and the hotel facilities that we disliked. We've seldom experienced better or friendlier service and willingness to help. On our last day the receptionist even left his post to come to our apartment to carry my heavy suitcase to our car.

We stayed in a self catering apartment which was next to the hotel. The apartment was large and fairly well equipped, however, a few more kitchen items like wine glasses and a cheese grater would have been helpful. It was great to have a washing machine and airier in the apartment. There is parking all the way round the hotel so there is no need to park in the hotel and pay to do so.

A mentioned above, a little more kitchen equipment would have been helpful.

staff were very pleasant and helpful, the spa was very good, towels in the bathroom good quality. breakfast food was good bar staff smiling and helpful new year's eve gala was fab had a thoroughly delightful stay

coffee machine at breakfast ; there was only one and there were a lot of people so everyone was queuing; they knew there would be a lot of people staying so should have been better prepared the 'hot' food scrambled eggs, fried eggs were cold

We liked everything about the property all the staff were very polite and helpful. Throughout my second stay here we were totally satisfied which is a good reason to return again in October . We have stayed in the hotel and in an apartment with the family

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had everything we were expecting for our stay. Good location if you're going to the Pinatar Arena as it's about halfway between there and the beach front.

Buffet (restaurant) was expensive with a lack of variety, although food was good. Food service times in the bar could be longer/more suitable. Information about what bars/restaurants around are open and what their menu looks like as many of them are lacking a website - making it difficult for tourists to identify other places to go.

Staff were really welcoming, we stayed in the one bedroom apartment which had everything you could need in it and more.. The pool was lovely with plenty of sunbeds. Loved the view across the salt lakes.. Had a lovely day in the spa as a treat & reasonably priced. The beach was a short 10 min walk away. Loved that the whole area was flat so no hills to climb in the heat!!

Nothing at all. If i had to pick 1 it would be that the bar closed at 11pm sharp

Check in was quick and good. Friendly staff. Good apartment. We had one on the groud floor with terrace, that was great. Good kitchen utensils like waterkettle and enough glasses and plates. Apartment was clean and fully equipped. Bed was hard, we liked it. Lots of wardrobes space. Good WiFi. Nice pool with sunbeds. You need a car to visit other places.

There was nothing we did not like! We did not use breakfast, so we can't say if it was good. Maybe reception could tell better when cleaning and towel change will take place (information in our apartment was for hotel and not for apartment, so we expected towel change every dag but it was once in 3 days). In kitchen some stuff to do your dishes would have been nice. You can make simple welcome-packages with mini-dishsoap and dishcloth, some matches etc.

Staff really helpful before arrival and during stay. Room excellent with great view. Room ready even though we arrived mid morning Breakfast was good. Nice pool area

Hotel could do with having a courtesy room for guests to freshen up or change if they have a late check out rather than using spa facilities.

The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and great value for money. It had all the home from home bits and pieces that we needed. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Quiet location just a short stroll from the restaurants, bars and beaches.

Minor gripes - the cooked breakfast items could have been kept a little hotter and would have preferred bigger tea cups (in apartment and breakfast restaurant)

This was my second visit to the Lodomar. It's a lovely hotel where you feel immediately at home. The staff are fantastic (ALL staff) and the location is great. Hotel food and drinks are really reasonable.

The wifi did keep cutting out. That didn't happen last time I stayed. It would come back on relatively quickly, however, it meant work was a little intermittent at times.
