Near to downtown, in very wide street with zero noise Near to all utilities & metro stations, have a lot of car parking The employees were very nice & gentle. I remember Fatima on my first day I had to go to party & I was wearing 15cm high heels on a snow day, I asked her if she can help me to reach to me car & she helped me happily. Jasmin the housekeeper I asked her to change my bed sheets because accidentally I dropped a chocolate on them & she did it without feeling me any embarrassment. They were very nice team & helpful. I loved the idea of keeping doors of hotel open over nights, so if I have a friend visiting me late he can go upstairs directly & no need to go downstairs top open for him.

The utilities was little bit old. The pillows need to be replaced with new comfy ones. The TVs need to be replaced with a modern ones. The water pressure need to be more & the shape of the shower itself need to be replaced with more modern one

Location wise is good for me as it is near by the village

Just few other things i could say. I stayed ay room 636 I requested another Bulb as 1 bulb wasn’t functioning in the washroom and i need full lights on to do my makeup. I called twice. 1 call someone answered and no one really care to provide a bulb. I called the second time she said okay but still no one comes to give me another bulb. It’s disappointing. Hopefully for this next time the stuff needs to respond quick and provide the service for its request. It’s a 1 bulb request how hard can it be? Just give me the bulb i can install it myself. That’s the only poor service i can complain about hopefully next time the stuff will be efficient on clients request….

The 3☆ of the Lelux is not very different from the 4☆ of Empire! I chose the 4☆ to have a higher experience and standard but...and no bathtub in the room I was a little disappointed! But other then that the stay was great 👌😀

Attractive lobby. The front desk staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful. The decor appeared to have been recently updated. Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Although it's not in an upscale part of town, the location is close to very good restaurants, amenities, and a major metro station.

The $250 deposit was a turn off; (I've not seen that before), though it was refunded after check-out. A shower caddy would be a helpful addition to the bath. A breakfast option would also be welcome.

The property was at the close to our concert venue as well as parks, the mall and lots of restaurants.

I called hours before our reservation to ask if I can do early check-in but the hotline number to contact them never picks up. The AC on our room wasn’t working too.

The location. It is very close to Old Montreal and Old Port of Montreal.

Additional cost for parking 🅿️ it is 45$. While checking in I was surprised when they hold to 250$ as a security deposit. When I did booking there was not any information about it.

I liked the location and the staff were helpful. Breakfast could have been better.

Floor is messy due to snow but at least someone should keep it clean, entrance was slippery. Hotel parking is not planned properly.

Location - it’s is a two block walk to the Gay Village.

There seems to be someone working with Black hair. Cuz all the towels had them in them. There was a tv in the siting room But not with the bed.

There is a problem with parking. This should be solved as anyone coming should find parking spot in the hotel. It is not logic that they tell you the there is no parking and you have to find out parking by yourself.
