Location, parking, staff, cleanliness of room is all good. The proximity to conveniences such as highways, local streets, supermarket, "big box" stores, a nifty Indian grocery store across the parking lot is also good.

The conveniences in the room was really nice with full-sized small refrigerator, dishes, etc.. However, the sleeping temperature was uneven, sometimes it was pleasantly cool, other times it was too warm. Lastly, the shade was broken; a parking lot view is expected, but, if one cannot have a crack of sunlight, it's dark and gloomy. Please fix the shade.

It was in a great location, convenient to everything! Staff was super friendly, check in & out was good. Rooms was a nice size, bed super comfortable. The room had a nice size fridge, dish washer, microwave & dishes. The room was very clean. They offered water & cookie upon arrival. It was shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion & hand soap in the pump bottles in the room. The rooms look the same in person as it do in the picture which is rare now these day. Breakfast was decent

The pillows was smalls & if your room is on the back side like mines was the highway is kind of loud if your a light sleeper. I only heard it when I got up to use the bathroom.

The property smelled amazing the minute you walked through the doors!! The location and price were perfect!! Hailey was wonderful- great employee!!! Beds are comfy!

During our stay we heard a noise and someone was trying to get in our room. I went to the door and there was a couple trying to open the door but I had it locked. I opened the door and they said that the front desk must have given them the wrong room…..

It was very convenient to the Expo Center. The room was larger than I’d expected, with a pull out couch and efficiency kitchen. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was decent…clean.

It was very strange getting to the property, as you had to u-turn past the property to come around and enter. At night, parking closer to the entrance could be a bit tough. In my last day, one of the elevators had an outage issue, but was repaired fairly quickly. None of the situations mentioned made it a terrible experience though.

I like the home2suitws hotels. Spacious and a small kitchenette.

Airconditioning needed maintenance. Sounded like a jet engine in our room. Their solution was either a refund so i could go to another hotel? Wait, what? Anyway they moved us to a handicapped room which was fine. Know that there is only one working ice machine in the entire hotel. Rest is broken.

Very clean, new, modern. We only stayed overnight, but it is a great place to stay if you are going to be there for a while. Nice kitchen area with dishes too. Large fridge, not a mini fridge and has a freezer too! Bathroom was vey nice.

My only negative is that it is right next to the highway. Some road noise at night but not terrible. If your room is not on the highway side you would be fine.

The staff was uber accommodating. My husband and I were in town to attend a memorial service that was scheduled at the same time as the official check for Home 2 Suites. I called ahead to ask if we could check in earlier to freshen up and leave our bags. The representative was thoughtful, professional and very accommodating. Our stay was accented by the appearance of delicious cookies in the evening and again at check out. The room was just right and very clean. I will certainly stay there again and recommend it to others.

I missed a stovetop or electric cooker in the room. There was a nice microwave. However it is difficult to prepare a decent meal with just a microwave. The breakfast could have had more freshly prepared items.

The breakfast left alot to be desired.The sausages were the freeze and microwave type.The eggs were not good there were plenty of choices with bread waffles but only one small heater and the line was 5 to 10 deep waiting. I ended up going out for breakfast every day

The room was fine but for a extended stay i would of liked to have some type of cooking device ..either a griddle ,flat top stove something.There were plenty dishes ,silverware,and dishwasher but nothing to cook with except a microwave.Dind't really make sense. I will say there were two grills outside to use but i would of rather be able to cook in the kitchen

The breakfast location was much too crowded. I wish I'd thought of taking the food to my room and heating it there. There were maintenance issues. One of the guides for the room-darkening shade was broken. There was some unrepaired damage to the wall. There was exposed plumbing in the bathroom. One of the stair edgings was beyond loose - it came off.

The amenities. It was fully stocked with anything I could have needed. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The pillows sucked! Entirely too soft. Even with two underneath my head it was just too soft and uncomfortable. Absolutely no support.
