The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. I had scrambled eggs and bacon, and it was good and hot. There were a lot of carb options which I didn't partake of... biscuits, gravy, sweet rolls, pancakes, muffins, cereal, bagels, toast. There were also fresh apples and bananas.

The only thing that bothered me was the people in room above mine. (No fault of the motel.) As I was trying to go to sleep around 10:30 PM, it sounded like they were stomping across the floor, or like kids were running back and forth, and it was pretty loud. I was on the 2nd floor and they were on the 3rd.

We stayed 3 nights here, it was about halfway between the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

The carpet in our room was filthy!! I love to go barefoot and within a half hour my feet were black and I had to take a shower. The floor was covered with long black hair. Other than the floor the room was clean. We were on the first floor and the room above us had little kids and they were nonstop running and it was so loud we had to keep turning the tv up.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice , never bothered us. We had the sign up for no room service as we know how to take care of a hotel room and they didn’t bother us.

Upon arrival we were informed the hot tub was down which was very disappointing as that’s one of , if not the main reason we booked that hotel. Our room was directly by the side exits for the building so unfortunately we did hear that a lot throughout the night people coming& going so a quieter door might help the guest experience who are so close to the exits.

The lady at the check in counter did an entire reservation over speaker phone, include the customers full name and credit card information. I guess personal information policy is not a thing. The hallway and the room smelled musty. They should be aired out. The cleaning crew should be able to speak/understand English. There shouldn’t be a language barrier to ask for toilet paper.

Room was clean. Comfortable mattress. Digital Lock Safe. Full breakfast.

Had I known to ask, I would have asked for a room on the opposite side that didn't face the interstate. It was a little noisy throughout the night, but not a major deal. Also, the front desk was not always manned. I wanted to purchase some snacks a couple of times, and both times they must have been on a break. This too was not a big deal. I would have just liked to have been able to make my purchase when I came in for the night, rather than having to come back downstairs later.

We traveled with a group of 28 people. The staff was wonderful accommodating all of us. We were able to use the lobby area in the evening for gathering and having a take meal together. The hotel was clean and very inviting.

There is a good bit of construction/updating happening at this hotel. There were several areas of the already small parking lot closed off for dumpsters and supplies. The first night of our stay, two vehicles had to park on a backstreet because there was not adequate parking. Once the updates are complete, this probably won't be an issue.

Breakfast was good. Lobby, breakfast area and halls were clean & decorated with up to date decor. Breakfast options were also good, with hot and cold choices available.

Linens on the bed were stained. Wonderful new employee was trying to check us in. She was doing fine, but when she had questions & as she was explaining things, the (what appeared to be) senior employee was snapping at her, was very short & not very willing to step in and show her. I felt bad for the new trainee, if that was her orientation, it was horrible.

Great location, easy access to food, alcohol, interstate,etc. Breakfast was a hotel breakfast but the gentleman working was great. Room was extremely clean, cleaning crew had that entire building clean.

Water pressure in the shower was a little weak but nothing to complain about

The hot breakfast was delicious and offered several additional options. The kitchen staff was friendly and greeted us every morning, and checked back with us after eating to ensure we got plenty to eat and enjoyed the food.

The location was great! Breakfast had alot of choices and was delicious! Clean & comfortable room.

We had reservations for a room with a bathtub, but that was messed up. We had to switch rooms & only had a bathtub one night, not two nights.
