The Hotel is in a good location with a few good restaurants just yards away as well as the train station. Breakfast was OK - typical continental with additional hot food but it did seem quite pricey at 16 Eu each. It was as clean and true to the photos. The cleaning ladies were lovely and very friendly . All in all a lovely hotel. Would stay again
It might have been nice to have tea and coffee in the room.

Very friendly staff and a nice and modern lounge area. The rooms are contemporary. Parking is easy. Next to the (small) city center of Neckarsulm. Quiet. Easy online check-in and long reception time for late arrivals.
I would appreciate a single linen when rooms are used as a double room, so the gap between the two single beds doesn't form.

Very clean room, very nice bed. connecting rooms for the kids. Very good breakfast although a bit expensive. Shower was a sort of massage device
at check in and out, staff was unaware of connecting door. 3 invoices were needed before everything was correct. Ranging from 97eur to over 200eur

Location
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times in the past. I was socked with the decline of quality after 1.5 years. Rooms are not cleaned every day, unless if you ask them. Restaurant was closed permanently.

Breakfast was verry good and great choices. Easy to walk into Town . Easy to get to get to the B27 to visit other towns.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel, near the highway, in a nice small town. Located in a quiet place. Comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast, a large selection of dishes. There is even a fresh butter machine!

Friendly and professional staff. Very nice, modern and clean room. Breakfast buffet was also very nice - albeit, the automatic coffee machine could have been slightly better.
There was nothing that I didn't like.

The staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything was OK. The location is perfect. There are good restaurants and bakeries nearby.

Best Breakfast ever! Great choice of cereals, fruit, cold meats and fish...smoke salmon was lovely, fresh breads, and nice selection of cooked foods. Coffe and juices perfect, all in all absolutely perfect for us, extra bonus for cherry filled pancakes...that were not needed but were great :-) Will always use as a stopover when on the journey down to Spain! Thanks and keep it up!
All good, receptionist on first stay could have been a bit happier, second time (returning home) much better :-)
