The breakfast items were delicious. You had to pay for them (they weren't included in the room price), but there was an outstanding selection and they were really good. I bought breakfast each of the mornings I stayed there. Plus, they also sold Starbucks coffee (lattes, etc.). The pillows on the bed were outstanding, and the beds were confortable. The room furniture was very nice. I had to work while I was there, and the Internet access was very good. The place where the breakfast was sold (in the lobby) also sold cocktails and hot appetizers at night. They had comfortable lobby furniture and tvs.

I was able to extend my stay one night. I then wanted to extend another night, but the weekend was fully booked. They told me to check back with them. I thought it was a little strange that they didn't ask for my name to put on a list, but maybe they expected not to have availability.

Associates at front desk were professional and courteous. Room was a nice size, spacious bathroom and comfortable beds.

Pool was out of service and green. I inquired about it and was told it had been closed for a month and awaiting a pump and other parts. Front desk was not manned when checking in and when checking out. Had to wait for someone to appear. Would not allow split prepayment upfront, but was told that could be done at checkout, yet the bill was settled to one card prior to our checkout. This is not typical for a Marriot property and found to be unacceptable.

The hotel and staff was great but I paid extra for breakfast through booking and when we went to get breakfast in the morning they said the breakfast was only for two people and we have a family of 6. Nowhere did booking or the hotel specify the number of people included in the breakfast. But the lady at the hotel did accommodate it and we did not have to pay extra for everybody to get breakfast. But just something I would look out for and ask ahead of time

We came into town for an appointment at Mayo Clinic and the motel wasn't too far from there. The staff was the best staff I've ever had anywhere I've ever stayed. Brian at the front desk was very professional and super friendly. The ladies that worked the bistro were also very accommodating. We will be making multiple trips back and forth to Mayo and plan to stay here whenever in town.

There was nothing I didn't like.

nice room location near graduation site, courtyard (my dog got to walk around free andsafe) security as a single traveler I felt safe.

No follow up on me after I had a fall ..Someone could have called my room to see if I was ok even after I checked out and reported my fall again no follow up. The manager did offer me a water and 3 pkgs of aspirin/ibuprofen. She did tell me if I needed any further treatment notify them. I am still healing and have some pain in my back and right hand but hope all is better by this weekend. extremely friendly bar gal..

We loved the lobby Bistro. Cody was friendly and remembered our drinks from day to day. Grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup were comfort foods, just like mom used to make. Desk staff was welcoming, informative and professional.

More kitchen staff was needed to prepare individual breakfasts for a youth soccer team. The woman in the kitchen was in tears with 20+ orders and a tight time limit. Perhaps, just offer buffet style next time. The kids will survive and excellent Vu’s service, maintained.

The location is awesome, Starbucks, and a couple of nice restaurants, being within walking distance. There are a couple of beaches within a 30 min drive, one of which is 24 hours. The staff was excellent during check-in and very accommodating. The facility is beautiful.

The gym was ok. I was expecting it to have more equipment. Also, I discovered that I was charged for parking, which I was unaware would be the case.

The only thing they need is to get a real bartender. The simple syrup was expired and the drink he made I paid for, but it was terrible. We did not even drink it when we asked him about it he said that’s the way the drink is and you have to pay for it when I have drank that drink all my life. I told him there was something wrong. He did not want to hear it.

The staff were professional and kind. The bistro at the hotel was so accommodating with my dietary needs which made my trip so much easier and the Bistro staff went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again if I'm in the area.

The hotel was conveniently located.

That I was charged a $55.00 pet fee. When I booked the reservation it said that the room fee shown was the one that I would pay. The hotel's documentation told that a pet fee "maybe" charged, but there was no indication of how much that may be, and certainly, no amount for the possible charge was indicated when I booked the reservation. I listed the "pet" as a special request on the original booking and was notified by email that there would be no additional fee for this request. When checking in nothing was said about an additional pet fee charge. Only upon check out was the pet fee requested. Desk person was not interested in listening to my "story." Just said nothing could be done.
