It was a mother-daughter trip. My child is 2 years old and it was a perfect place to stay. There are all the facilities to make your life during the holidays simple. In the middle of January, we enjoyed the sun and swimming pools in the area of the hotel! We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel's canteen - a lot of food choice. Minidisco with animators 6 days a week after the dinner for little ones! If you want to stay at the hotel during the day, you can go to the playground area where there are animators organizing activities for kids. Moreover, the hotel is located at 5-10 minutes walk-distance from a supermarket and the beach. You can walk with a buggy everywhere without problems.

Love this hotel. Great rooms, pools, food and branded drinks for AI. My 3rd stay here and I’ll be back again. Staff are lovely, especially Salem the waiter in the adults only dining room. I used to visit twice a year with my children (since 2010) when it was the Don Paco. Salem has worked there since then and always remembers me when I visit, greeting me like an old friend.

Everything was amazing, the pools, food, the rooms were unreal. It was such a lovely stay for a first family holiday with our 11 month old. Perfect

I can’t fault a thing

Pools are great, hotel is extremely close to the ocean and promenade. Plenty of shops and markets nearby. Multiple breakfast choices. Apartments are huge and very well maintained. Gym with some equipment, but you can definetely manage your training. Tennis court is great. Hotel would be a 10/10 if it weren't for...

-COCKROACHES attack! During the day you do not see them, occasionally some small ones during the breakfast, however during the night, they are going out from their little spots, a lot of them, and I mean A LOT OF THEM. Sometimes they are so big that you hear boss music playing in the background once you face one in the corridor. DO NOT TAKE ROOM ON THE FLOOR LEVEL! They jump on people's sunbeds and stuff left there... -Terrible coffee (is it even a coffee?!)

Excellent food, staff and accommodation. Well presented hotel which was clean and well attended. Nice location close the town and also to beach.

Our all inclusive package didn’t allow us to drink free of charge in the “ Adults Only Bar” namely “Captain Nemo” surely “All inclusive” should be as the name suggests so in fact we were in the same category as “Half Board” but with the additional cost. Also the description of the hotel notes that the outdoor restaurant is + 14 years. This is not the case as there were many young children present which is not a problem but a point to note. The Wi-Fi was poor in our room but ok in the common areas like reception and restaurants. insufficient sun beds at the adults only pool.

As a solo traveller, I was well looked after. All inclusive really means all inclusive. Choice of bars and pools. Also ‘adult only’ pool and bar. Food was great, lots of choice every day and every meal. Could always find something, even as a fussy eater. Rooms were very comfortable with good air con. A coffee machine and kettle were nice treats! Balcony and 2 sun loungers and 2 chairs and a table, so space for spending the afternoon there if you wanted. Staff spoke good English even though there were a lot of other nationalities there as guests. The staff couldn’t be more helpful.

Food in the restaurant is excellent for all-inclusive - fresh and plentiful, lots of fruit and salads plus cooking stations at all meals. The hotel’s common areas are spotlessly clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Pools are nice - we especially liked the pool beside the outdoor terrace for the restaurant. Rooms were fine, not luxurious but clean and comfortable. Location is good, very short 3 min to a sandy beach. Easy access to the cultural sights from this side of the island.

The snack bar (Maris Teatro) really lets the hotel down. It’s a little grim with food stored in grimy looking glass cases with sliding doors and small birds and pigeons flying around. Coffee machine here frequently had no milk. The evening entertainment we saw wasn’t great. Around the Maris pool could do with a touch of white paint. The teen club didn’t look great. People getting up at 7am to put towels on sunbeds and then disappearing for half the day. Really wish hotels would clamp down on this practice. Sometimes hard to find a sunbed even though the pool wasn’t very busy.

Beautiful place, spotlessly clean, buffet food was the best I’ve ever experienced and always tasty, I looked forward to my meals! Nice touch that the resident manager was in the two restaurants each mealtime overseeing things. Not seen that before. Lovely bedroom very large, I requested a top floor room and was pleased I got one. Bed the absolute best, more comfortable than mine at home. Entertainment fabulous. A great base to stay, and I loved it, and planning a return in January. Highly recommended - and I’m fussy!

I appreciate it’s a family hotel and not adults only, but there were too many pre-school children there at the time of my stay which made it noisy at times. Luckily there were two buffet restaurants, one for families and those that don’t mind excited children and another for adults only. Apart from that I did not dislike anything else.

Loved the staff everyone was so kind and welcoming. The food was amazing and fresh every night having the shows on every night they were so entertaining and made us laugh and was incredible. From the animation team to the waiters, to the cleaners and everyone who works there did an amazing job. The beds were so comfy the rooms were spacious. The hotel was so clean the pools were perfect.

The shows in the bar and the shows in the theater start at the same time which was annoying because both were so talented and we wanted to see both shows, the pool was slightly cold but kinda normal for this time of the year but maybe just put up like 2 degrees higher

The whole experience staying here was amazing from start to finish. The whole complex was spotlessly clean. The junior suites we booked were right next door to each other and were amazing. English channels and suites cleaned daily. Lovely balcony with view of pool. The food was superb, first evening meal included fresh sushi and service was always greeted with a smile and so attentive. The pool areas were clean and plenty of sunbeds. The snack bar and bar services were great, not much queuing and staff were always pleasant. The entertainment team were so hard working and the shows catered for all nationalities. The bar under the reception area was superb, very classy and great drink options. Holidayed as a family of four, our daughters being 15 and 18 and they loved it as well. We are looking to book again in July as we loved it so much. Definately a high 4 star complex.
