First time visit but will be back. The rooms are first class, the kitchen area was excellent plenty of cutlery, well kept & in excellent condition. The living space had a nice settee a table & 3 chairs in excellent condition. The outside patio had a table & 3 chairs perfect to have a meal drink outside in the sun. The bedroom we had included air con which was excellent, there were 2 storage shelfs by the side of the bed to store charging cables, keep a watch etc, nice wardrobe with plenty of hangers shelf storage. Bathroom was excellent with a great shower.

Nothing

The apartments were bright and airy. Air conditioning kept it nice and cool. All the staff were really lovely and the cleaning staff were exceptional. The food at the pool bar was really tasty and also lovely too just sit with a cold drink and take a break from the sun. There are plenty of sunbeds and lots of room around the pool. We will definitely be back next year.

There was nothing really that we didn't like, apart from getting the hang of locking the door. We weren't on our own in that sense as we had to show a few neighbours how to lock their doors.

The property was in a great location, only a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and within 7 minutes to the main strip where all the restaurants and bars are! The owner is so lovely and helpful! She is very welcoming and assisted me with getting a taxi back to the airport. There’s also a shower room to freshen up if you have a later flight which was very ideal. Great value for money, decent sized pool to accommodate all guests and enough sunbeds. Very spacious apartments.

No AC which was a struggle in the middle of summer, my rear window was right onto another hotels pool so the guests could see right through the window so didn’t always feel comfortable opening it even with how hot it was.

Lovely Clean Apartments, Very Friendly Staff, Ana & Charlie at the Pool Bar looked after all guests very well good food available all day from 9am. Plenty of Sun Chairs available around the Pool during the day, Pool cleaned every morning. Towels changed every second day even during our Christmas stay. 5 mins walk to the Strip, supermarket at the end of the Street. Tapas Bar & Irish Bar 5 mins walk away. Showering facilities available for those with late flights home just book at Reception.

It was a lovely quiet complex..pool bar served tasty food, shop nearby, you really didn't have to leave the complex. Staff were very nice and friendly. Apartment was cleaned every day. We were able to get a late check out which was awesome! This spot should have a higher star rating. Kitchen was well equiped, and the cleaning lady even topped up our washing liquid! Free WiFi was a bonus and a smart TV which had uk channels and netflix and youtube. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much so that on day 3 we rebooked for january 2024

Fridge could be colder

The lay out of the pool area Reception friendly and helpful . Cleaners for your room exceptionally nice and friendly people this made a huge difference they helped alot and did a fantastic job with the keeping the apartment clean and tidy.

Pool bar only bar and shut considerably early could be updated for a better experience for clientele . Change the music this was on repeat same everyday.

Property is good value for the price paid, nice pool bar with cheap drinks and good value breakfast and snacks offered. Pool was nice. Apartment clean and cleaning staff came by regularly.

Bed is a little uncomfortable apart from that the apartment had all the amenities needed especially as it was one of the cheapest options.

The location is close to beach, shops and restaurants. Also public transport. I stayed here 9 years ago and it has not changed. It is great value, very clean and friendly staff. I decided to come and stay again for the lanzarote 10km. I am happy I choose to stay here as I felt very safe as a solo traveller. I would highly recommend it to anyone. See you all again in 2025.

There was nothing I dldnt like.

Decent sized 1 bed apartment in a quiet location a 6 minute walk to the strip and a supermarket a 2 minute walk away. Plenty of sunbeds that are not accessible until 9.30am so always plenty of beds. Decent bar which serves drinks and food at Decent prices ( 2.50 for a larger) showers were good and a proper hair dryer. Shower gel and liquid soap also provided.

Sunbeds could probably do with being replaced next season. A microwave would be useful as everyone is self catering.

Very nice apartment close to the center with swimming pool and friendly staff. Reception help with everything and solve the problems allowed if possible early check inn. Near apartment parking on the street and clean place with good equipment. When I got a problem with floor they solved it offered new apartment and got bottle of wine. Really professional service.

Balcony are not separated from other apartment and not to much privacy but I know about it from pictures
