This is a lovely, quiet place that provides easy access to the rest of Naples. you are one stop from centro storico, 10 minute walk downhill to the Mergellina station that gets you to Trenitalia, and walking distance to waterfront and Virgil’s tomb, which is a very cool place. The breakfast is lovely, the room is large, and Ester is easy to get in touch with if you need anything at all. This is a preferable location to centro storico, which can be very loud.

The doors are very heavy (not the fault of the owner—the whole area is historic, and people must have been stronger in the past). if you have mobility issues, the hills around might be difficult to navigate.

Very good communication with the owners - both before arrival (thank you for your patience in answering our questions) and already on site. The owners really care about their guests. Very good location - close to the subway and the waterfront. Quiet neighborhood. The room for 3 people is very spacious as is the private bathroom. Breakfast is from 8.30 a.m., but one day we had to leave the house before this time. So breakfast boxes were prepared for us and delivered to the room. There were yoghurts in the mini fridge and bananas, sandwiches and sweets on the table. It was very nice.

Room and bathroom are very spacious and were clean. Staff os friendly and very resourceful. Breakfast is fresh however it's a tipical Italian which means it is sweet. Location is 20-30 minutes from the center in calm residential area.

Not a deal breaker but we could not leave buggage on presmises rather had to take it 800m from B&B, luckily downhill.

Firstly the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good (fresh orange juice, cappuccino and amazing cakes original from Naples) Accomodation was clean, cosy and comfortable. Property is away from all the busy areas but not to far either, you can take the metro to the old town. If you want to be in an area that is not crowded or noisy this is the spot. We really love it! We’d surely go there again! Thank you Ester and husband for all the suggestions and information about Naples :)

Nothing, everything was great!

It is a family ran business and you can really tell that they care about their guests. They were kind, considerate and flexible. The morning breakfast was great and the team really made an effort to accommodate any dietary requirements. Really good location and easy to reach the city center.

Nothing to complain about.

It is located in a pleasant environment, close to two metro lines, in a quiet, excellent neighborhood. Good value for money. The kindness, flexibility and helpfulness of the host make up for the minor shortcomings. Overall a very recommended lovely place!

Breakfast was made for us on the spot. You could select between Italian or Continental breakfast (or some mixture of those). One of the owners was there every morning, ready to give touristical information about possible visiting points, and helped to make reservations if needed. That was superb!

Charming hosts made us very welcome and helped with suggestions of where to go and how to get there. We had a choice of continental or cooked breakfast which was perfect for us. Great location close to the railway station so very easy to travel into Naples to look around. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Breakfast was authentic, and the staff were very friendly. Everyone communicated well even though my Italian was terrible and sometimes their English wasn't good either, we were always greeted with a smile. We were also given lots of information about the area and transport.

The hills may not suit everyone, but they were fine for me.

Friendly excellent staff and owner, quiet area, great breakfast. Public transport access very close. Shops very close as well.
