I liked the fact that the front desk called to wish me a happy Valentine’s Day/ Birthday I liked the manner in which the house keeping lady prepared my room for my birthday with the balloons over the bed and made a towel design on the bed. The servers at all bars, dining room were excellent

It was missing the real Jamaican chocolate tea, and missing some fried breadfruit. There were no Bailey cream served. I don’t enjoy Run cream At times there were no clean fresh beech towels ( very unacceptable) the excuse was that it’s one laundry room serving 3 hotels (That is not the guests problem) may I suggest one laundry facility for each hotels . Do you have one kitchen for 3 hotels?

Location ! All inclusive ! The entertainment!

They didn’t have room service an what they had for options late night was like being in prison.I wouldn’t give my children what they served an how dirty it was.One employee was left at the bar near the food an was over worked .It wasn’t fair for him to deal with the crowd rushing in from the nightclubs looking for beverages an food because there’s isn’t room service.An for this I would never stay here!

Some of the staff is just not helpful, it’s like you are bothering them. Communication is super off !!!

The property was small but a great size. everything was within a 5-10 minute walk. spacious rooms, beautiful pools(2), delicious food, yummy drinks, great entertainment!

staff not terribly friendly or helpful. polite but not warm. pools close at 6, not all restaurants were available, beds are hard.

Meal options were great 😊 The entertainment was phenomenal.

Include more guests activities. Not just one centered location for everything on property.

I loved having access to Riu Montegobay. I liked the events that they had. The staff were kind. Great night life. Beach wasn't crowded neither were the pools.

There aren't enough elevators. The food could have been better. Not enough Jamaican food served on resort. The TV showed really grainy. The alcoholic beverages didn't have much alcohol in it.

The events were super fun, loved the drinks, beach, and excursions that were helped planned at the resort

We liked; The mini bar in our room. All staff. Housekeeping, bar, reception, restaurants. It really was clear to us that all staff were welcoming and seemed to genuinely want you to enjoy and relax, or get in amongst the fun with the Ent team. No pressure, just friendly and approachable. Food and the choice of restaurants. Jerk chicken at the jerk hut, delicious! The walk between Riu Reggae and another Riu hotel which you were allowed at. The other hotel had a small waterpark, which was really fun! Even though I was there to celebrate my 40th birthday. Entertainment at hotel was fab, whether it be poolside during the daytime, or in the evening - choreography was on point! Amazing. Nachos and patties in the lobby bar were super tasty and restocked a number of times throughout the day. The hotel overall was just great, thank you all very much. Taxi drivers at the entrance were so friendly and helpful, made you feel at ease. The efforts made to make New Year's Eve special and memorable was commendable - absolutely everything was AMAZING!

We loved the food at the hotel, but there must have been some ingredient, or maybe the choice of oil to cook the food, we became sort of bloated and have painful trapped wind a lot in the last few days of the holiday. We were cautious what we chose but it kept happening. We didn't manage to try the a La carte restaurant unfortunately, there was no room and or it was closed during the 8 days that we stayed at Riu Reggae. Lasagne served in the Italian restaurant was very salty, unfortunately did not enjoy that at all. However lasagne in the buffet restaurant was tasty.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were great! However, the food at the individual restaurants onsite was not good in my opinion. Also, the fruit served daily was not ripe at all. The staff and entertainment team were top notch! The property and landscape was beautiful! I would definitely visit RIU Reggae again!💯💯💯💯💯
