The resort was perfectly located by the beach, only wish we could stay longer at the beach.

The price for extending our stay was a bit much

Price. Location. Great tasting food and variety of food options.

*On the first day we saw 2 roaches: one in our room bathroom and the other at the coffee bar area. *As it has no elevator, the property was not accessible for persons that have a mobility disability. Can be noisy due to nearby traffic. *Attempts to contact the property directly prior to check-in (by social media, WhatsApp or email) were all unsuccessful. Management should assign a staff member assigned to handle these types of community. *There was only 1 night of organized entertainment (steel pan), more would have been nice. *There was no daily menu list and no pamphlet or written guide to the amenities on-site at the hotel.

Loved that it was jamaican run, from the food entertainment, and music .The staff was friendly. Was great. Location was good beach great

Decor could be updated. More variety for dinner. The grill did not have all that was on the menu. Works to the property started early, not considerate for late wakers. Lunch could not be bought onto beach. You would have to buy. Maybe a discount or free lunch could be given to DeAja customers being as the resort is all inclusive

Proximity to the beach and other local fun spots

I liked the property, and must admit the services was good, the staff was professional, but for all inclusive I think excepted more, eg there could be on site entertainment, such as a live band/performances with local talent for a weekend, food was good, yet needed more variety that’s my recommendation

Location was ideal....love that it was close to the airport and on the hip strip. Down the street from many ideal spots and across from the beautiful beach!

Layout of the property, some rooms way in the back, too many steps, and no elevator. Need new wash rags and more towels and blankets as some rooms did not have these things daily... Had to request it

The Food was great. Tasted good and I like the fact that the menu was more of traditional Jamaican meals. Breakfast Lunch and dinner really tasted great. Not too spicy or salty. Just right. Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful

The dining area was a bit small and on my first night I had to wait a while to be seated.

Let me tell you something! Deja Resort All-Inclusive is an absolute gem! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home with their warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect. I had the best time here and genuinely did not want to leave 😩. Any bad review about this place is inaccurate I had a few people asking about my stay from rui saying they read bad reviews listen they can just stay away this my little hide away😜the maintenance man was sexy lots of eye candy! The location is absolutely perfect, situated right on what they call the Hip Strip, with the beach just across the street. It's a prime spot with most attractions and amenities within walking distance. I felt completely safe throughout my stay, which added to the overall comfort and relaxation of my vacation. When I return to Montego Bay, there's no doubt this is where I'll be staying again! This vacation was much needed, and Deja Resort made it unforgettable.

The only improvement I could suggest is upgrading the workout equipment and area, but other than that, I absolutely loved it, 10 out of 10 I highly recommended!

We very much enjoyed the pool, bar, and grill. Some staff, Andre, Kemar, Tasha, and the accounts manager went above and beyond their duties to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The location to the beach was amazing!!!

The water pressure was lacking and, at times, was not existant. There were a far too many roaches. There were way too many stairs to climb. Even after explaining that my wife had hip surgery, we were placed on the top floor of the resort.

Clean, great location. Food was good, facility was clean.

Need more food options

I thoroughly enjoyed the food options; everything was delicious, and there was a diverse range to select from. The menu featured local Jamaican cuisine, which I particularly appreciated. The entertainment activities were enjoyable, and the staff was very accommodating and nice. Loretta stood out for her kindness and excellence in ensuring solo travelers felt included in the activities. She was truly the highlight of Deja. Keep shining bright, my friend!

The room lacked enough lighting. The internet connection was unreliable.
