I’m not much of a resort guy, but have to say Green Bay was exceptional. the quality of the fit out is amazing. We had a family bungalow, two very large rooms, two very large bathrooms, two outside private showers, three verandas. Beach is pristine, even down to the leaves being swept up each day. Pool overlooks the beach and is crystal clear. Staff are all happy and cannot do enough for you. Special shout out to Lam who my kids just adored. Was exactly what we needed after travelling Vietnam in far less luxury for the previous 3 weeks. Well done to the manager Mr Murphy.

My favorite resort experience so far! The service here is exceptional. Every staff member is constantly smiling and eager to help with anything. They genuinely care about your comfort and make sure you have everything you need. Our room was the cleanest we’ve seen in Vietnam, with plenty of space, a super comfy bed, and a great view, even without a direct sea view. It’s secluded enough that you don’t have to worry about privacy, and the bathroom was large, spotless, and fully functional. The outdoor shower? Such a cute little addition that really elevates the experience. The pool view is stunning, and the beach is just as breathtaking. We visited during the low season, so it was a bit on the quiet side, but we enjoyed the peaceful vibe. Adding a few daytime activities or maybe a live band in the bar could boost the overall atmosphere a bit, though we didn’t mind since we came here to relax. They arranged a motorcycle for us with ease, and the airport pickup and drop-off were incredibly comfortable. Special shout-out to our driver, who was friendly, professional, and kept us smiling the whole way. I highly recommend staying at Green Bay—you won’t regret it!

The Green bay is a wonderful place. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, making every guest feel welcome. The hotel is set in a beautiful location, right in the middle of nature, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. The surroundings are perfect for a restful holiday. The breakfast is fantastic, with a great variety of options to choose from. The hotel is also very clean, which adds to the overall positive experience. Our stay at Greenbay Hotel was absolutely amazing, and we can’t wait to return!

Our beach room with the view were excellent. The outside shower was a nice extra and the big Bath outside. The included kayaking, Sup, Snorkeling and bicycle was great. Breakfast buffet wide selection. Dinner at the Gio restaurant great.

Slice of heaven in a not at all busy part of Phu Quoc. Felt remote and relaxed. Great location to base yourself to explore northern Phu Quoc and also good to go to Ong Lang for a dinner/drink (15mins). Resort villas were spacious (we had family villa), beach was clean. Staff were lovely.

Kids club wasn’t running and only one restaurant was open during our stay. It could be seen as a bit too remotely placed if you wanted to explore south of the island. Recommend splitting your accommodation up to two places if you wanted to go to water park in the south.

We loved everything about this place. The attention to detail of the fantastic staff plus a stunning location makes the hotel really very special. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a sharing pool villa which was a stunning property. Even though we were fortunate to have our pool to ourselves mostly, the two main pools were fabulous anyway and we still spent plenty of time there. The little extras like flip flops, kayaking, kids beach toys, and fresh biscuits each evening were fantastic. We were so sad to leave this little paradise which the staff clearly work so hard to keep special. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The resort is great, very peaceful and nice. Everything is really well maintained. We stayed in the hillside pool villa and it was amazing, we highly recommend this accommodation. The resort area is really big considering the number of people, so you can really find your peace and a place in the beach, it never feels crowded.

The breakfast was really nice but a la carte food at both restaurants could be much better, especially since there is no other option where to eat. Also maybe increasing the staff number since the waiting time for everything is a bit too long. Don’t get me wrong it was amazing this is just a note to make it even better.

Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the trip. The fresh air blended harmoniously with nature, and the people were incredibly warm and welcoming. One of the highlights was the friendly staff at the restaurant. My son was especially fond of them, and there was also a lovely cat that was kept at the resort, which added to the charm of the place.

There weren’t many food options as there was only one restaurant. The attentiveness of the electric shuttle drivers varied—while the younger drivers lacked the finesse to prevent me from getting wet during the ride

Beach bungalow was excellent, the whole site has no traffic, which was fantastic after the Vietnam experience. Sea and pool were fabulous and so warm, the sea was really shallow and safe to swim in. The breakfast was very very good

There were gecko and ants in the room, but I guess we were on the beach. There was only one restaurant open, which was pricy, but very good food.

The resort is amazing, spacious green areas and beautiful villas. The breakfast includes a variety of products and everything is fresh and tasty. We enjoyed our stay.

The remote location of the resort may be a problem for those who do not want to spent money and time to go for a dinner. But the taxi are not expensive and we were going to the capital of the island Duong Dong almost every evening because we did not want to stay only in the resort.
