Staff were so lovely with my son and so helpful and friendly Room was very clean and nicely laid out Breakfast was nice They organised a surprise cake plate for his birthday Nicely placed - 30 minute walk to London eye, 20 minutes to Buckingham Palace

Breakfast was expensive compared to what other hotels offer Couldn't get TV to work but I didn't ask at reception to sort

We splurged a little for our one night in London (usually this hotel would be way outside our budget) & we weren't disappointed. Some things are to be expected for this price: the comfort of the room, the great facilities, etc. But the friendliness of the staff was exceptional, & of course the location is superb. It was well worth it for us.

I can't really think of a negative. As stated, this would normally be outside our budget but we knew that when we booked it so I can't complain about the price. We're Australian so everything in London is a little more expensive for us (due to the poor exchange rate on the Aussie dollar at the moment), but the room/hotel itself was great.

The breakfast was satisfying, staff was helpful, the room was clean. the hotel itself is in a really good place, every attractions are within walking distance, it is easy to get everywhere within London.

The street on which the hotel is stated, a bit noisy, the traffic quite big and also in the near there are several pub, if you like silence, ask for a room facing the other side - although I don't know how noisy it is. Also the window seems a bit old so hard to close totally.

Lovely interior in the reception lounge with comfy sofas. The room we had was a twin & was sufficient for our needs with a bath & a shower in the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable & seating in the bedroom more than adequate. Had a technical problem with the TV but a call to the front desk who sent up the concierge soon had that sorted. Happy to book up again when on a London trip

The requests I made when booking were met, which I was very grateful for. Excellent service from the Concierge, booked our River Cruise and Theatre Tickets

Breakfast! Cereal, dried nuts & fruit looked and tasted a little stale. Not much choice of breads, but staff very helpful and friendly Also the bar staff did not make a very good Pimm's cocktail (Just Lemonade & Pimm's!)

Great location, close to cafes and restaurants while remaining in a quiet street. Staff were so nice! I was celebrating my fiend's PhD with a weekend in London and I mentioned it to the reception staff. I then found a lovely "congratulations" letter for my friend and a complementary cake for two. Such a nice touch to a prefect stay. Thank you!

Great location, spacious room, power shower was excellent, and was overall comfortable.

The mattress wasn’t great- too soft/ bouncy and seems to be caved in on one side more than the other.

Centrally located and the staff are all so nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The room I got was well appointed with all amenities. Room looked exactly as pictured on Booking.com

Locating the lifts from your floor could be confusing. A bold sign could help.

Fantastic location and the staff were brilliant. The hotel could do with some updating , however, this didn't affect my stay and l will certainly be going back again in the near future! Thank you.
