The room was clean & spacious. The bathroom was spacious & clean. Check in was fast & easy. Breakfast was fine.

The only coffee in the room was a pack of decaf. I went to breakfast to get coffee, the 1st day I emptied the pot. I didn’t see any worker around. The second day the pit was empty, I found the worker and she was in the kitchen eating. She said she would be there in a minute. When she came out she said it would be 10 minutes, or I could go down to the main lobby for coffee. I thought at 7:15 there would be a coffee ready & waiting. That is my only complaint.

I didn't know there was a free breakfast, happened to see it on my way out and grabbed a sandwich and cup of coffee for the road, it was good and I was happy to discover you had it. Would have been nice if I was aware of it before hand, I might have sat and had breakfast in my room or your cafeteria.

Someone complained that my dog barked, so the desk phoned me up and told me that they had a complaint about my dog, the person on the phone just said that and hung up, kind of rudely.

I would definitely recommend Fairfield Inn and Suites in Boulder. The hotel had good facilities and is situated on a beautiful backdrop of the Flat Iron Mountains. It is also, located within a less than 5 minute walk from easily accessible public transport routes to Denver and the surrounding areas, making it ideal for travellers who do not have their own transport. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, good standard of cleanliness and the staff were helpful and friendly!

Reception check-in: I explained that I hoped for a quiet room so I could catch up on my sleep after a very tiring and stressful week. The person directed me to a room on the ground floor at the end of the hall. It was very quiet and relaxing. I was so grateful for that extra attention and kindness. Really above and beyond!

Not having a room key card due to the Microsoft computer glitch. Which was not the hotel's fault at all! Everyone was doing their best to deal with a difficult situation.

Location was great for us, super easy to drive to nearby hikes and runs. It was also a very short walk to a bus stop to get into downtown when we didn't want to drive. Rooms an excellent size and super clean, fridge a great addition. Breakfast was good and staff really helpful and knowledgeable. Ample parking and a fair price in comparison to other places in Boulder. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was centrally located to downtown Boulder and the University of Colorado. Also liked the walk-in shower and the free breakfast!

My room did not have a Mountain View, but I was not asked this question at booking time!

Clean, neat, decent price, nice room. Not very close to the city center, but if you drive that's not an issue.

The staff seemed enthusiastic and pleasant, but they seemed to be irritated when I asked simple questions about where to eat or do some grocery shopping. The Interaction maybe took two minutes, but I felt like I was inconveniencing them greatly.

We loved the complimentary breakfast! It was really fresh and varied. The hotel room was really nice and clean. The location was easy to find and closed to the freeway. Staff were magnificent and super friendly and helpful.

We thought breakfast was great. I left an item in the room and came back 3 days later and they still had it, neatly kept. I appreciate it did not just get thrown away.

Lighting in the room above the refrigerator/coffee maker area was insufficient, otherwise fine

Location was close to highways and easy to get where we needed to go. Breakfast was standard chain hotel fare. Newly renovated and everything was in excellent condition.

No complaints.
