First time here & I liked my room very much. Basically, like a little apartment :) I loved that it was quiet at night, so I slept fantastic! The front desk folks were super nice and helpful. Overall, I liked this hotel very much :)

Oddball location - there are no restaurants, gas stations or department stores. There's a car dealership, another hotel and an apartment complex down the street. So, it is not at all a walkable location, unless all you want is Starbucks (which is around the corner) you need a car to go out and for food/shopping. That would not deter me from a future stay though :)

This property was immaculate from the parking area to the front desk. We were greeted by the front desk person, who was polite, professional and cheerful. This has not been a regular thing in hospitality as of late. We live locally and had a date night, the two girls at the front desk gave us excellent recommendations for new things we hadn't tried in the area. The room was perfectly clean, no random strangers hairs anywhere. This will definitely be a place we stay again and send family members who come to visit to also. This was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a long time. Thank you so much !

Location near event was good

It’s very nice & would probably stay again in this area if opportunity arises. We chose this property based on amenities…after traveling 7 hours & attending a state soccer playoff game, we just really wanted to get to hotel & call the day done. Amenities say “restaurant” …but the reality is they just have a few appetizers (4) available in the bar and none of them were GF options. The pizza place within walking distance stopped taking door dash orders at 8:25p and closed at 9p. Was grateful they made pizza for us at 859p but was nothing to rave about. Will directly call next destination hotel to get info on their “restaurant”. HH was definitely a 1000% better than the Qualty Inn up by FOCO we stayed at last year but again chose for “restaurant” amenity…hookers/drugs all night long :(

Breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable and mostly clean. The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. We arrived on a stormy night and they we very helpful to get us (and our 2 cats) arrived and into our room quickly.

I shared with the front desk that there was some mold in the bathroom sink overflow drain that needed to be cleaned. Found some food and trash debris on the carpet in the room. Part of the microwave oven above the oven door came loose and fell down. I was able to snap it back in and told the front desk that it might need to be looked at so it doesn't fall down on the next guest.

The hotel was very well maintained and cleaned. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped when I lost my room key. The staff also offered 2 glasses of wine, free of charge, for my husband and I as we had gotten married that night and were celebrating!

There wasn’t anything I disliked about the property.

Having My personal belongings removed from my room WITHOUT my approval, then lost for an Hour. Horrify me to Death, almost!!!! Haven't seen any compensation from hotel manager as of March 15, 2024 on a March 12 Stay!!! Starting to wonder if I let manager, Travis M. off the hook way to easy!!!! Step up Sir, I have NOT forgotten this horrifying experience!!!!

Clean and spacious suite with a full kitchen including a dishwasher and a separate bedroom, large bathroom, welcoming staff, great breakfast

Would have been nice to have a power outlet near the dining table for an additional work area - there is a desk in the bedroom but that makes it hard for one person to work and one to sleep

Inviting atmosphere, staff was friendly, approachable and attentive. Breakfast available had great selections/options. Pool and fitness center were in a short distance from our room. Always a plus. The overall presentation of our room-the hotel was exceptional.

Besides additional cleaning charges, nothing.

Nice-sized king suite, pretty well-stocked kitchen, breakfast was a little different every day but some sort of variation on eggs (scrambled, fried, omelet), meat (bacon, sausage), and side (potatoes, etc). Staff was very welcoming.

There is a small window in the king suite that let's in a lot of light and made it hard for my kids to sleep (they're used to black-out curtains), the pool is old and a little green

Breakfast room was clean. However, there was one day that oatmeal tasted terrible. Tasted very burnt. They took the oatmeal off the table.

Eggs were very strange tasting. We only ate oatmeal for 7 days. Wish you had better choices.
