The hotel is well managed and the staff are extremely polite and helpful at all times. It offers very good all round facilities. The complimentary breakfast is very good quality. The hotel offers a good location and very good value compared to the surrounding top end hotels.

The only suggestion i have is that perhaps extend breakfast time to 11.00 am at the weekend.

Breakfast was decent and plentiful. Coffee not so great. Room was clean and comfortable. Good value for the money spent. Easy to find the location as it was right beside the main highway with the sign clearly visible from the highway. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area surrounding the hotel. Didn't have to go far for anything at all.

Wallpaper had been repaired in several areas and was starting to peel off. Shower faucet leaked from the handle when you turned it on. Grout in shower area had been repaired with something other than grout (looked like drywall compound, as it was washing out.

It was really appreciated that the rooms were equipped with everything needed, such as the mini fridge, microwave, iron board, iron, smart TV, one openable window for fresh air, excellent water pressure, disposable cups, and enough towels.

The housekeeper was more than annoying, even though we informed the front desk that we were running late to check out because I had a headache and needed to relax a bit more. She knocked on the door twice and then complained at the front desk. Shortly after, the room's phone rang. In a situation like this, compassion and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Overall, I was pleased with the accommodation. I was traveling, so my needs were just sleep. The room was fine and the staff were friendly. Good for a stopover.

Was not keen on paying a 100 dollar deposit. It denotes distrust from the Inn's perspective. I have no interest in what others may have done that would prompt a fee that I have never heard of before, but to take a deposit, makes me believe that you assume the worst of people. I also had to ask for a receipt. It was not offered when I checked out. I did not have a problem getting it but did not show the deposit charge nor credit. I had to wait until I got back home to check my account to see that this had been done. If I stay at a Quality Inn again, I will be asking about these policies and frankly, will be a deal killer, if I have to pay a deposit again.

Good location with a wide selection of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. Ground floor rooms have direct access to the parking lot through sliding glass doors. Also, it's possible to turn off the noisy air conditioner at night. There was little to no noise from the traffic.

Would like better coffee with otherwise adequate breakfast. Turning into the Inn is a little tricky as it is not easy to see and involves turning across traffic just before a set of traffic lights. The pictures on the website could perhaps give guests a clue to this. e.g there are no outside photos on the promo.

Great location for our needs while visiting fam and friends in Kitchener region. Room was ready, clean and beds were decently comfortable for the one night. Appreciated breakfast bar in the a.m. to grab coffees and light bite to eat.

Not really anything to add here. Mattresses not great for me, but that's more my issue at this age than hotels problem. Always find heating/cooling systems a challenge in hotels due to very dry air in winter. Always a factor; NOT unique to Quality Inn.

I didn't know that we were getting a breakfast as part of our nightly fee. We were pleasantly surprised and even more so by how good the breakfast was. The young ladies working at the breakfast were really pleasant and worked hard to make sure we had what we needed. Have to be honest when we saw the outside of the quality Inn we were a little dubious but the second we walked in the door we could tell it was extremely clean and maintained and the front counter staff were so warm and welcoming. Once we got to the room we realized the cleanliness extended to the rooms. It was immaculate.

The sound of the highway next to our room was a little loud but we eventually fell asleep. Overtime I suppose they could correct this by renovating with new patio doors with soundproofing. It's a cost but it would have made our stay 100% perfect instead of 98% 🙂

hitting was working non stop making some noise in the room I'm not used to hear. It's new and the noise not bad, but since I'm not used to it and I was staying on the first flour there was no other options as let it run. This night it hit the frost so maybe it was the reason for working the whole night.

The staff were very friendly even while helping us with a very late check-in. Breakfast was amazing -- there were far more options than we thought there would be. The hotel advertises a "continental breakfast," which we thought would be cereal & danishes, but instead it turned out to include eggs and sausage. (I'm not sure if they do this every morning, so definitely call ahead to confirm, at least if protein-rich options are important to you.) All around a great experience!

Well kept room including bathroom. Lighting was also very good. Micro/fridge, hair dryer, iron/board all in good working condition is always appreciated. Never running out of clean towels, etc. is also a big +. A nice eating area, the hot breakfast was excellent with ample food everyday.

The fact that we, as a senior couple, were given the room right across the housekeeping room/staff. It made it very noisy early in the morning. As well we were located adjacent to an exit door to the parking area hence, as people entered and exited the hotel it made awfully noisy (banging door). Lastly and with the fact our room was facing the highway, it made it also extremely noisy. Unfortunately, we didn't realize all this after we had everything unpacked and organized for our three-night stay. It is however a situation we will remember to take into account on our next trip.
