Amazing location, very friendly staff, food in the bar was really good and complimentary breakfast was amazing! The room was very clean and comfortable, and a good-sized bed. Loved having the little kitchen area. The bathroom was awesome. I loved that the hairdryer wasn't attached to the wall and that there was a small night light in the bathroom, so you didn't need to put a light on at night.

The pillows definitely need to be better they were very thin and unsupportive. Although it's not necessary, it would be nice to have a hot tub in the pool area.

Big room, clean, staff is amazing. Breakfast changes everyday.

Maybe it was due to a hockey team being present, but when I got there for breakfast, there were single-use dishes, and many items weren't available (like no fruits). The next morning, they had real dishes and fruits. Coffee machine had lot of dust and residue inside. Didn't risk using it.

The breakfast was absolutely fine. It wasn't the best breakfast we have had but could not complain for the price we paid. The bed was extremely comfortable with quality bedding, pillows and mattress. Bathroom was very good with larage walk in shower. Immaculately clean housekeeping.

There wasn't a safety deposit box in the room to keep money and passports in etc.

The room was excellent and of a great size. The design of the room was also very good. Location is fine - though a little out from downtown Waterloo - nevertheless not too far. Very close to the St. Jacobs farmers market. Overall a good experience

Breakfast could have been better and the ellderly lady manning the management of the breakfast was quite rude and abrasive. A big issue seen and probably across most hotels in Canada is the lack of hot milk during breakfast and in this hotel in particular no access to a microwave to heat your milk. For doing so, you need to get to the reception. For a Hilton property I found this rather ridiculous

Clean, large rooms, good breakfast.

Strong smell of manure from local farmers fields. I suspect all hotels in the area were impacted. Out of the hotels control, and just bad timing on our part as I’m sure it was temporary. We thankfully didn’t smell it in the rooms, but did smell it in the hallways and downstairs lobby.

This is our son's room with single King sized bed. He already checked out after two nights (we will stay in another room for 3 more nights). This is listed as 2-star hotel (and priced that way) I have to say it feels like more than 3 stars. The cleanliness, spacious room are the two standout. Good location and included breakfast are just icing on the cake. All in all, highly recommended especially for visiting parents with their children in Waterloo University. I know we will be back.

If I have to nitpick, it will be coffee on the breakfast (free of charge). I wish they have more variety other than just "light roasted".

Very modern. Mostly clean, there were a few things like under taps and coffee maker that were not extremely clean.

Breakfast was mediocre. The “egg casserole” was one of the worst things I’ve ever had from a hotel. For $450 for 2 nights I would think the hotel chain can afford at least a step up from bottom of the barrel breakfast food. More than one 4 slice toaster would be nice with 20 people eating at the same time.

Breakfast seemed to have a good variety but due to the set up, it was hard to tell. The hotel was very clean and the room was a great size……really impressed the young travellers I was with! They also loved the pool!

The breakfast set up needs to be addressed. I don’t mind that you chose to serve the eggs, meat and potatoes but ,due to lack of staff, they were cold by the time my toast and waffles were done. Also, lack of fruit! The area was very congested with people waiting for food, people dumping off their dirty dishes and trying to get juice or coffee. With breakfast possibly being the last impression for guests, I think you need to take action on these issues as soon as you can!

This is a relatively new hotel so everything is quite bright, clean and fresh. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was quite pleasant...could have been a little warmer and deeper but a swim was very welcome after a long, hard day. The common areas are spacious, clean and well appointed...simple and modern. A good, warm breakfast is always appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable. Surprisingly, the bed and especially the pillows and linens, were deliciously comfortable and cozy. We both had an excellent nights sleep which usually doesn't happen when we travel. A comfortable hotel with all the basic amenities that will not disappoint. Highly recommended!

The upholstery on the desk chair was badly soiled. No real excuse why it couldn't have been better cleaned. As this was the only chair in the room, we made do with what we had despite the condition.

As soon as we pulled in and saw the line up of car chargers, I was impressed. It was so convenient and their was no price gauging sentiment before even checking in because of it. Loved the attendant served breakfast. It was fresh , presentable and safe. A good variety to choose from. It made for a pleasant start to our day compared to self serve.

The facilities were still under construction. When in full swing, I would hope the breakfast can be served more efficiency as the lines ups got substantial. Still a great business model to keep and i look forward to experiencing that again. Food allergy options would be a welcome improvement as my wife can not consume any gluten (wheat barley or rye). We had to eat elswhere for her as the staff did not have confidence in accommodating her needs
