The breakfast was hot, ready & delicious. The pool looked very welcoming. Did not test it out for this stay but, none the less very welcoming. There were in the construction phase but none the less still a pleasant stay. I rented the room for my Mates 33rd birthday and the room was very clean for standards but could use updating . The bed WAS SO COMFORTABLE. ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND GOT SOME OF THE BEST SLEEP WE HAVE HAD ......KIDS FREE!!!! that we have gotten all year.

That the room was a little outdated . Please do not take away FROM the hotel itself still a wonderful stay would still recommend for the SUITES & Hospitality was top notch ...... Chefs KISS !

Staff at the hotel was attentive and kind. The room's jetted tub was lovely. The amenities provided were useful. I didn't try breakfast or the pool but saw people enjoying them. I couldn't hear other guests, it was nice and quiet and I was able to work well into the night and wake up early but rested.

When we first tried to book it through the phone, I never got confirmation about the booking, didn't even give my information to pay because I wasn't asked. I thought this was strange so I called the next day, the staff couldn't find my reservation. No problem, I needed to change the dates anyways. I make a new reservation online just to be sure. I get there to check in and the staff tells me that she has 2 reservations for me. I'm surprised because I was told the first reservations didn't exist. Luckily the woman behind the desk understood and fixed it for us.

The pool was nice and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The area was also nice with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

The only complaint I have was it was a non smoking hotel and the smell of marijuana permeated throughout the property. As soon as we got on the elevator my son asked what that smell was. That being said we still enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

I liked that maintenance was quick to replace the refridgerator, as the one in our room wasnt working when we arrived. I enjoyed the free continental breakfast. I appreciated the fact that they let us check in at a later than usual time, as we had been traveling.

The contractors could have cleaned up after themselves better.

Katie is the hotel manager and she is such a help a blessing!! Her and her staff make your stay even better. Best Hotel in Indianapolis hands down !!

We unfortunately did not get to try the breakfast which we very much wanted to do. We normally don't eat breakfast until around 11 am. Maybe the availability could be extended. After all I did pay a large amount of money for the night, and to miss out on my favorite meal of the day is just disappointing. But that is really the only inconvenience we experienced. We picked this room for the jacuzzi in room!!!! Due to general wear and tear on our body's from working it was a much needed overdue therapeutic session!!!!!!! The huge bed was a plus as well Deluxe King.

That we missed out on breakfast that technically I paid for. And realistically there really should be some items offered 24 hours a day. It was genius for McDonald's to start serving a few breakfast items during all their hours of operation, and I say genius because the way the world is nowadays with so many different types of jobs and different shifts that the "norm" has changed and breakfast isn't a set time anymore. I can't wait for other restaurants to adopt this concept then hopefully many other follow.

Our room had been newly updated.

Construction on the other floors was a bit noisy. There appeared to be people living on those floors

The size of the room was outstanding! The pool being open and heated.

There were limited outlets in the bedroom side of the room. The elevator is a little rickety. The sofa bed was a little worn.

Room was comfortable and appeared newly remodeled.

More remodeling going on, but it's good that they're trying to improve.
