The rooms are well equipped, everything you need is there. I arrived late in the evening, but it wasn't a problem to check in and the staff at reception were very nice, even if their English wasn't great. The location is good, you can reach shops and the beach quickly on foot.

The room seemed a bit old-fashioned, I don't know if it was the cleaning products, but the bathroom smelled a bit musty. The shelf in the shower was broken down so I had to put my soap on the floor, which I didn't like. The 'walls' of the bathroom are just panes of glass. This didn't bother me because I was traveling alone, but if I were traveling with my partner or someone else, I would like more privacy.

Beautiful hotel in city centre. Good room at cheap price. Convenient location near shops, spa and Restaurant. Rooftop pool is cool. The girls at reception are very welcoming and helpful too

Beautiful floor to roof window with view. Room was very clean, spacious and kept in good condition. Staff was polite and nice. Great, central location albeit a little noisy with karaoke late at night. Overall, amazing value for price.

Fridge wouldn’t stay cool. One day I took the stairs because the elevator was busy and noticed that fire safety isn’t cared for at this hotel. The staircase was basically blocked with furniture and other items.

The hotel is close to the city center but it is located in a quiet area which is really good. The noises from the outside don’t bother. The staff is friendly and helpful!

Really modern hotel, everything is clean and well kept, it’s really quite cheap for the standard and location of it It’s only a couple of minutes walk straight up the main road to the beach / seafront and there are restaurants all around it

There was nothing I disliked about this place, I’ve actually stayed here twice before so knew what I was getting

The hotel is located in the city and it takes around 10 mins to walk to the beach. There are many coffee shops and restaurants around the hotel but the hotel offers breakfast at a room rate of charge which is good with multiple dishes to choose from the menu.

The hotel is not good for beach swimming it should be prepared but it depends on the purpose if someone wants beach in front or inside the city to have a view of the local lifestyle here.

There was no hot water, it was lukewarm at best but after a hot day it was a welcome way to cool down. I mentioned it to the front desk but it remained the same, that said, I’d still stay here again as the hotel and staff were so nice

We loved the room, it was bright and clean with a comfy bed. The weather in Nha Trang was rainy when we were there and spent quite a bit of time in the room and enjoyed it.

I enjoyed the use of the treadmill in the fitness room but it’s a small room with no air con and no other equipment really.

When we first arrived the receptionist didn't work with us very well. Next day our requests were fulfilled by another. Pool was very dirty and stinky was shocking. We booked because there was a pool and the beach was a little bit of a walk and not very swimmable.
