I like that it was close to the Jr yamanote line in Tabata station, it was very convenient. The hotel price was good, the staff was friendly.

If you are coming with many luggage’s be aware that you will have to go to Tabata station south exit that doesn’t have elevator so you need to carry them up through the stairs around 20 steps and you will be arriving to the hotel in 3 minutes very close. But if you go out through the north exit that have an elevator you have to go around the station to arrive the hotel and will take you like 20 minutes. If you do so go through the elevator to the north exit of Tabata station take a taxi to the hotel it will cost you 500¥ to arrive to the hotel.

Great location. Very close to Tabata station. Please use the South Exit to get to the hotel, otherwise it's going to be pretty hard to find. The staff are very nice and very helpful. They helped me book a taxi and answered my questions very clearly.

The room is pretty small. And one of the rooms I stayed in had lots of ants! I didn't know where they came from but the team really need to take a look. I didn't even bring anything sweet to my room. It's pretty baffling. Also, the corridor could be very dirty at night when it's windy because there will be lots of leaves flowing around. I stayed here in late January and faced stormy nights. It was super cold.

Good price/quality for budget travellers on the Yamanote line. Professional staff. Great connection with public transport in a quiet hotel/neighborhood. The room was small (its Tokyo, so expected) but had cool views. You are free to use the kitchen area with microwave, and the hotel provided water, coffee and tea. There were also self service washing/drying machines, and free gym equipment on the ground floor, appreciated!

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, especially not for longer stays. Found 2 small bugs in the room, but they weren't bed bugs. The carpet in the room a bit dusty. The noise of the trains didn't bother us as we are used to living in dense urban areas.

Small room but really neat and facilities are excellent. Shinkansen view from the rooms is also nice. The staff explained everything very friendly and polite.

This is not an issue, but it is one information for someone who accesses this hotel via Tabata station. This hotel is 1 minute walk from the south exit, but if we mistakenly take the north exit, it will take around 10 minutes to walk to the hotel.

The room is comfortable and has a tatami mat floor. There is also an onsen available via reservation at the counter. There was also some exercise equipment on the 1st floor. Apparently the slope/road leading to the hotel was featured in the movie "Weathering with you" which was a suprise photo opportunity.

The hotel is close to a station (Tabata St.) but if you use the north exit you need to use a big staircase, and if you use the south exit you need to walk up a hill/slope, can be tiring after walking all day.

The location immediately up the south gate ramp of Tabata station makes it ideal as a homebase for all of Tokyo and daytrips beyond. Parks, shrines and cute cafés are also within walking distance. You can purchase breakfasts and spa time per day by reserving the day before, allowing you to customise as you go depending on what you're planning to do each day. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, beyond the scope of what can honestly be expected of a hotel. Acomodating and versatile.

The view of the room was wonderful and it had really good blackout curtains, despite being above the Tabata station, there was barely any noise. The space was very spacious and the location of the hotel was very close to the station. Would definitely stay there again.

The laundry area was not closed off and the dryer didn't work as attended. The place was on top of a hill and you can only get there using stairs, so if you are handicapped or bringing heavy luggage, you have to take the long way.

The location was right beside the Tabata station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a self-serve soft drink bar open until 11pm. The onsen is nice and you can make reservations for yourself, available only after 18:00 (6pm). The rooms were clean and comfortable. There's an area for exercising. They put our family next to each other's room and opened the door in-between to connect our rooms.

The laundry area is in a natural open space.

Nice hotel, close to the circle line train station, so everything was easily reachable. The breakfast was very nice and varied with a nice view on trains, including Shinkansen just slowing down/accelerating for the nearby station.

Booked a room with city view and the 7th floor didn't offer that exactly, but had a nice view. The room is very compact, 1-2 more m² would have helped a lot there.

The location is very close to Tabata station making it very accessible by train. Tabata station is also pretty much in between Shinjuku and Akihabara stations which was where I spent most of my time. It's a residential area too meaning it's very quiet at night.

The closest konbini is about 10-15 minutes away. Like a lot of budget rooms, it can feel cramped if you're a bigger person.
