The breakfast was excellent with a friendly and helpful wait staff. I only wish we had more time for breakfast as we were catching the bus at 8:30 and breakfast didn't open until 8 due to it being off season which I understand. We did not eat dinner here. The room was small but comfy and fully equipped. The bathroom was nice with a lovely tub and bath products.
We were hoping to unwind with some tv that evening, but after taking quite some time to figure out the tv we found 1-2 channels with terrible offerings so that didn't work. There was a DVD player but no visible dvd's anywhere? obviously we did not go to the hotel to watch tv, but after a long day it would have been a nice offering.

spectacular location, the old part of the house was beautifully turned into a great bar and dining area, very good interior design, the new part of the hotel was also greatly designed, and the room had a stunning view, the staff in the bar and the restaurant was very attentive and respectful , the food was extraordinary good
the doorhandles of the room door fell off, the shower doors couldn’t be operated, the toilet paper holder nearly fell off the walls as did the shower bar. and on too of that for a five star hotel, the following was missing and bot been given to us: no complimentary bottled water in the rooms, no bathrobes, no accessories in the bathroom, no slippers, no pillow menue, no screen on the windows in an area infested by midgies, so we couldn’t open the windows during night, etc… also the receptionist preferred to first finish her 3 minute chit chat with her personal friends prior to catering to the waiting arrivals to check in (which she was clearly seeing waiting)

Everything was great for comfort and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room had a lovely patio outlook and the rooms were spotless.
Everything was great although as vegans the options are very limited. We would like to see vegan butter alternatives and where main menus offers lovely cream sauces for nonvegans, vegans have no as delicious alternatives although we were happy to have vegan mayo sachets. And vegan UHT soya milk in rooms. They did make us a lovely vegan sandwich for lunch though. Food was really important to us because we are both vegan and walking the west highland way - 20 miles a day average.

The complete hotel complex is a well managed place to be. The rooms are modern and well designed. We had a wonderful view from the adjoining building, which is a few meters away from the main building. The breakfast was included, an awesome mix out of buffet and dishes from the menu. I went for the porridge, fresh fruits, and some toasts. In the evening we had dinner in the restaurant, which was really special. The meat to the point (tomahawk pork), the bbq jam on top of the meat, a delicious topping, the veggies crisp, and slightly salted. An experience to be repeated. Awesome. Thank you, Bridge of Orchy, everyone contributed to making me a great day.
All good so far. Because of the bad weather, all our cloths and shoe requested a drying room which was not available

Beautiful hotel with stunning views and a comfortable bed. Staff were very attentive and dinner was delicious. We arrived at The Bridge of Orchy Hotel after a long 34 mile walk/run, the sight of the building was a dream as we made it down the hill. We pre ordered a packed lunch for the final leg of our run/hike to Fort William the following morning, this was ready at 6am for us to collect and was very much enjoyed later in the day. The cost of this was free as we were far too early for breakfast and this was a welcome substitute. The toiletries were from the White Company, which was a nice touch.
We paid £313 for one night and dinner for 2 was just over £106 (3 courses and 2 drinks), everything was lovely but this was by far the most expensive hotel on our trip. However, I must note that we'd stay again if ever in the area.

The rooms were nice, clean and had enough space for the luggage. Crisps and cookies were free and daily refilled. The bathroom was modern and the shower worked well. The view from the terrace to River Orchy great. Free car park. The waiters in the restaurant were very friendly and also funny (in a positive sense). Food in the restaurant was okay.
The hotel is too expensive, possibly given by its strategic position on the west highland way. Breakfast-/ and dinner time slots had to be advised during the check-in (take what is left). Considering the room price, the not working TV and poor WiFi was a little disappointing.

We decided not to stay in Fort William, but instead take an evening drive while the sun stays up, from Fort William thru Glencoe and end at Bridge of Orchy Hotel at dusk (1 hour drive). It was the perfect plan, the lightly traveled roads of Glencoe between 2 mountain ranges, in long shadows and colors will stay with me forever. the whole drive felt like a van gogh. Once at BoOH, checkin was welcoming, helpful, and smooth. Bar tender made excellent scotch recommendations we dont get in the US, and i understand the appeal of scotch more now that i've tasted many that aren't just a flood of alcohol, but actually have a wide range of taste profiles. Breakfast staff was excellent from service to food quality. Pictures from the bridge were beautiful. Front desk in the morning at checkout let us know about the narrow winding roads ahead on our journey, as well as the amazing views to come en route to Stirling Castle then on to Edinburgh. Well done BoOH!
Bed was firmer than we'd like, but we found that every place we stayed in Scotland.

The location for walking the West Highland Way was superb! Having a drink after 21 miles of hiking on the terrace in the sunshine was an absolute dream! The bath was so appreciated too! Lovely soft towels and great toiletries. We appreciated the bottles of water too! The evening meal and the breakfast were delicious.
Even if you have muddy boots, after a hard day of hiking, keep them on in the restaurant. My husband was asked to put his slippers on, instead of just having a clean pair of socks. He didn't bring his slippers! We were carrying our luggage!

This hotel was way nicer than I anticipated. My room had a spectacular view of the mountains and after hiking all day the bed and view were so comforting. I really enjoyed the little deck and sliding door that came with the room. There are also ample walks and hikes you can do around the hotel, so much to see/enjoy/explore. I had a great time reading in the cozy hotel lounge. The breakfast included with the room was delicious and high quality.
Very little was wrong with this hotel they do a great job. I also appreciated being able to check in around 2. Maybe it would help if there were written instructions of how to adjust the thermostat in the room? Or a little map/guide of trails or walks to do walking distance from the hotel in the room?

I travelled with my dog and after day 3 of walking the West Highland Way this hotel was the perfect place to relax and recharge...the dog rooms are separate from the hotel and each room has its own front door and sliding back door onto a decking with lovely views. You can bring your dog with you to dinner and breakfast which was great. The food was amazing and my dog even got given sausage for breakfast. Staff were lovely and friendly.
It was the most expensive accommodation on my trip but I guess you get what you pay for!
