EVERYTHING!!!! THIS ESTABLISHMENT KNOWS HOW TO TREAT THEIR GUESTS. If you are needing a place to stay either a last minute place to rest or a 5 star experience, I recommend the Hilton Garden Inn is the best choice. It's beautiful inside and out just like the staff and they'll see me again

Everything. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are so comfortable! The staff however, were my favorite. They not only made me feel comfortable but treated us both as one of their own.......My husbands arms are covered in tattoos and unfortunately some of the other establishments were so rude I could've cried. My husband has never been in trouble a day in his life but one look at him was all they needed to throw their nose in the air and the judging began. We were treated like trash and honestly they embarrassed 😳 me. My husband and ihave been staying in hotel for a month waiting on the dealership so we have pretty much stayed at every place on shallowford

The pool was nice. Check-in was easy and smooth, and the front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable.

I didn't like the housekeeping staff. The lady actually told us that she was very busy and didn't have time to clean our room and if was ok if she just did our trash and exchanged our towels. I also didn't care for the drinks that the bartender made, I don't think she knew how to make drinks.

Clean and vet conveniently located to attractions!! The breakfast was very good as well as the bar in the evenings...staff was very friendly. Beautiful grounds...enjoyed the courtyard area outside.

The rooms need vent fans in the bathrooms. There was a hole in the floor of our room. The handicapped accessible room needs more chairs or a loveseat to sit on.

Clean, quiet.

Somehow my second night was 2x more expensive? Missed that when I booked? But made the trip double? Second night was almost 400$! Big shocker. Didn’t know that until it was too late to cancel? That was not a 400$ room! 166+ taxes and fees the first night? Ugly surprise!

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The room was awesome! Most comfortable bed I have stayed in at a hotel. Bathroom almost seemed new it was so clean. We did not want to leave our room!

The only recommendation I had is the hotel doors slammed and did not have soft close hinges. We could hear guests around us coming back/leaving. Other than that it was very quiet and comfortable!

It was a beautiful place, conveniently located next to our grandmothers assisted living facility. It’s definitely one of the safer places to stay in the area! The staff was fantastic. Very accommodating!

We have never stayed at a hotel where breakfast wasn’t free. So that would be our only complaint and I’m not sure if one of the girls I asked were incorrect however, she said none of it was free, not even the dry bar of muffins, etc. We feel like if we’re paying $420 for basically a two day stay all breakfast should be free. Hot cold, or dry goods.

The breakfast was very good

I didn’t like the way the bathroom was set up in our room. It was hard to get around in and to use the shower due to the way the toilet was set up. And also the way the door opened into the bathroom.

Location, rates

We are Honors members. It would seem that Hilton could afford to provide a breakfast for its guests and free parking. This has caused us to seek accommodations elsewhere if they are available.

Very good location. Close to a lot of things but not so close that it was noisy/busy. The indoor pool was great. Very clean.

Just being extra picky, we didn’t care for the AC system. We’re so used to having the wall units running all night that it was weird for it not to. But like I said…that’s 100% just us being extra.

The staff was top notch! We really loved the food and drink selections at the hotel! The bar and restaurant staff were Amazing and super friendly! The overall performance by all of the staff that we encountered was Superb! We felt at home and welcomed which is not typical of a stay in a hotel. Thank you all for your hospitality!
