The size of the room was good, although all the cabinets was a little weird. I appreciate storage as much as the next guy but this was a bit over the top. I'd have appreciated the extra space more. The pool was fun, especially the slide. It was a bit buggy and the sprayer on the splash pad fountain wasn't working. The hotel was very clean.

The pool was quite buggy and needed skimming. We were there 3 days and I could tell it hadn't been skimmed. Breakfast was pretty underwhelming. Not very many options.

The set up of the room was great.

I didn’t like that the guy in the front desk was not very friendly, the pool was not working and that is the reason I got the place. The bed sheets kept coming off and the comforter was very thin, not enough toilet paper, had to ask twice. Not enough towels and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Although is a place that looks amazing they shouldn’t be that cheap.

Excellent customer service by the staff! They all were very friendly and accommodating which is something I appreciate in my frequent travels. This location is very clean, comfortable and located near lots of food and retail options. Rooms are large, clean and the beds are comfortable. The pool itself is small but the kids love the slide and the entire outside area is nice and well kept. This is one of the best locations I’ve visited and would definitely return.

The breakfast was disappointing. One of the very things I like about Hilton properties and especially Home2 is the breakfast. The only other option outside of oatmeal and the waffle maker were hard, small and DRY breakfast sandwiches and mini, pre-made mini omelettes. It would a been nice to have separate protein options, maybe grits and or home fries as well. The Home2 in Vegas has amazing breaks options‼️

Location was great. Suite was spacious and had more than enough amenities. The bathroom toiletries were non-toxic, which was a plus. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered some healthy options like chicken sausage sandwiches, yogurt from pasture raised cows, and fresh berries. Friendly and helpful staff.

The bathroom showed some water damage at base of shower/tub.

Breakfast could’ve been better. Price a little high, I mean this isn’t the Ritz. I found pills near the bed on the floor that were not mine. So, I’m not sure my room was even vacuumed. There was also a hand towel laid out on the mattress under the sheet. I’m not sure why. I’m hoping it just got caught up in the laundry and stuck to the sheet.

Very clean environment looks classy

The house keeping was terrible. In the 5 day's we were there I had to call on the 4th day to have them give us new towels and change the bedding. The breakfast was good food but it's like the attendees were paying much attention to how much food was left.

The room was clean and the thermostat was set at a nice, cool temperature. The staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel itself was also very clean. Our kids loved the pool. The breakfast had a nice variety and tasted good.

The beds were too firm. There were 4 of us on the reservation, but we were only given 2 towels. My husband had to go to the front desk for 2 more towels, so we could all shower.

super clean. stuff was up to date. good location. hot water started nearly immediately (like almost too hot lol). shower supplies were nice. ac worked really well.

walls seemed a bit thin. not sure if it was ppl above or to our right but we could hear the kids really well and whenever they pulled the chain to the window, thought it was in my room. some staff clearly didn’t want to be there, but guess everyone has bad days.

It was very clean and everything felt new, the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

If I'm going to nitpick, the sliding glass shower door in room 120 wouldn't stay shut, and would gradually roll back open, but other than that everything was fantastic
