I liked everything in that hotel Room was spaciuos, toilet was clean only if they could have bidet installed separately or flush line.. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were helpful n friendly reception,, the view is spectacular from restaurant,, the landscape,, mama mia is so nice,, well maintained.. The pools are well designed though didn't have time to take a dip due to busy tour schedule,, but definitely on my next stay I will make sure to use all the facilities. The lobby is quite and peaceful.. The welcoming of the concierge and reception is wonderful,, well trained and respectful staff. I can go on for ever appraising this hotel O lalaa.. The breakfast had a decent variety of cuisines but the main draw was the stunning views from the restaurant - just breathtaking! The staff were generally warm, embodying Indonesian hospitality. It's the best hotel I've stayed in the area. Perfect staycation hotel - there's really no need to leave it! Our room was spacious and afforded us a fantastic view. Wish we stayed on for a few more days.

The traffic around the area can get really awful but that's generally the case in Puncak due to the limited roads available. There was one front desk staff who wasn't very helpful when I asked about when the hotel first opened but all the other hotel staff were very courteous. There is a unisex toilet to serve diners of the restaurant on the 6th floor - not a good idea. There should be separate toilets for ladies and gents.

The location is very good in the main road, facilities are good, the place are clean, staff are friendly and so helpful . The duty manager was really amazing, he helped us to change the room and gave us welcome fruits and snacks in our room

I was a bit disappointed with the housekeeping staff, i stayed for 2 nights in family executive suite room or something like that, i paid for 3-4milion++ per night but the HK staff didnt clean my room properly, so i had to call the receptionist to get my room done twice. Also maybe the staff can take care of their hygiene, especially body odor

The insulation in the hotel is weak. You always hear sounds that wake you up from sleep. Also, the bathroom needs a safety review due to the different heights of the tiles. In addition to that, the smart communication system sometimes becomes stupid ☹️ but to be honest, the staff’s behavior was nice.

Food and Restaurant are amazing. The gardens are well-groomed.

Staff needs more training for hospitality. We asked for an extra bed and we already agreed on an extra charge but it was not processed which confused the housekeeping. There were renovations at the hotel which was noisy in the hotel all day long and extended to midnight.

We love everything in this place! Nice grand breakfast with magnificent view (you have to come early to get the best seat). Great pool for kids and plenty of space for families to sit on the grass. We’d love to come back!

Superb view of the mountains from the room, pool and resto. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was just ok, nothing special. Friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was good, except for the loud noise due to construction work. But they stopped it every time we complained. After few hours it started again :-(

Noise insulation in rooms is subpar. At night, we could hear people walking and talking in the hallway. Music from ballroom could be heard when there was an event during our stay, though it was faint.
