The staff was wonderful and friendly. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. I liked the back patio and the kind people who worked there.

The pool was closed and it was one of the reasons we rented the room in the first place. That was disappointing and no compensation was offered for the inconvenience.

A truly fantastic stay. Hotel was very clean, inviting, very very nice. Room was clean, spacious, quality toiletries and amenities in the room. Bed was comfortable, we had a really relaxing stay. Breakfast was better than we expected with lots of choices. All well displayed and tasting delicious. The personnel was extremely helpful and polite - Thank you Tyler for great dining recommendations! Pizza lovers will not be disappointed at Tony & Al's Deli (a favorite of the locals), and if you'd like to try authentic Thai food visit Tip Thai Cuisine downtown Starke.

Easy to find good location which was very clean,friendly helpful staff, breckfast included, and fairly reasonably priced considering this was a holiday weekend. Would stay again.

Paid and booked on booking.com in advance. At check in was required to give $50 deposit ( refundable) but not aware of this till check in. Was advised refund will be put back during business hours in 3 days. Checked out yesterday so waiting on refund.

It was very clean and the staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was amazing. It exceeded my expectations and made my children feel like they were in a fancy hotel lol for a mommy on a strict budget it made the difference in our holiday time together. I can't afford to travel much but this visit was worth every dime the buffet breakfast was their highlight lol thanks for the beautiful memories.

Clean property, I recommend this facility compared to others. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Staff very kind and understanding. I am deaf, staff didn’t brush me off, didn’t make me feel like a burden. Staff was very helpful during my stay. When I asked for help, they were very kind in helping me with anything I needed. Oh and I absolutely love that my room had a fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine!

The young ladies who check us in were so professional and polite. It was refreshing to have such outstanding service. The breakfast was a good amount of choices and delicious. Our beds/ pillow/ linen were so comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was immaculate. I was VERY impressed with this hotel and would stay again when in town to visit family without hesitation.

The con would be the AC was a little loud when it turned on and off.

I send an email to the hotel as I booked and asked for a room in the top floor and told them my approximate arrival time and left my cell ! As I arrived I couldn’t get a room on the top floor. A little bit of dust in the room and hair in the shower! At breakfast coffee was empty and it took them a while to refill ! Only little details for improvement !!!!!!!!

This is a new property in Starke which is about 15-20 minutes from Camp Blanding Joint Training Center. It is clean, modern, and attractive. Everything was as expected of a Holiday Inn Express.

While I understand that everyone is trying to save on costs with bathroom supplies, I prefer to have a bar of soap in addition to the affixed body wash/shampoo/conditioner in the shower. In my opinion, the property should provide the option in some capacity.

Hotel was very good. We were pleasantly surprised. Every staff person was extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast was very good! Would definitely stay there again if our travels took us to Starke!

More large bath towels in room. We had two and always need an extra for my hair.
