The staff was unfriendly and one lady working breakfast refused to serve my coworker. The staff at the front desk was always on their phones and if they happened to glance up from their phones would say, "Hello, how are you?" before looking back down at their phone and ending the interaction with the guest. Not personable at all.

The staff, All of the staff, were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the Hotel was very convenient to our doctor office we were visiting and to lots of great places to dine out at. Our view on the third floor overlooked 300+ year old Live Oak trees! Gorgeous!!

The room was nice but not very clean. The coffee service tray and coffee maker were not wiped down. Very dirty. The lamp was stuck to the table from not having been wiped beneath... Obviously in a while. There were crumbs on the floor near the head of one bed. The tub had soap scum build up on it. I'm a housekeeper myself. It would not have passed inspection by or for me. The rest of the room was good.

I was very disappointed in the breakfast. People with little children would love to have a seating area and a better set up. I went to a nearby diner and had breakfast.

The check in with the young girl She WAS NOT helpful at all. I asked where should I park and she said any where.. No directions, etc. I am 78 walk with a cane, and had a five year old with me. I asked if the pool was being serviced and she replied with a shrug. Later in the evening and morning I had no other experience with hotel staff at desk.

The weight staff in your restaurant was absolutely wonderful then got to have one of the best breakfast I ever had. I did not choose the buffet. I ordered off the menu unbelievable the waitress superb can’t remember her name but one of the best days I’ve had in a long time.

It ended too early- I missed it- I would have appreciated a coffee shop in the hotel. However there are lots of options nearby- and rooms have in room coffee and a microwave and refrigerator

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were very nice. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice being able enjoy the views as well as have a relaxing night.

We visited for the Georgia-Florida game and, from the moment we stepped into the lobby, we had THE BEST experience! The hotel was decorated perfectly for the game with both teams represented. The outdoor firepit and seating area right off the lobby was perfect for mingling. The location was great with easy access to the best shopping (St. John's Towncenter) and so many dining options. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, ensuring that our family were on all on the same floor and with connecting rooms where possible. Breakfast was also AMAZING- the best oatmeal I've had anywhere and so many options, including made to order. This will be our go-to hotel now whenever we are back in Jacksonville!

We had an issue with Booking.com not sending over the reservation, but the Issaih at the front desk was awesome assisted us with working with booking to credit us and found us a room.

Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. I asked for a handicap accesible room and that is what we received.

Toiletries were minimal...could use a few extra soaps. We were a family of three (not everyone shares soap)

Option of high or low floors. Good choice of breakfast items

There was one spot marked Reserved But I noticed others were parking there. Is it a reserved parking spot or not for future reference.
