The 3 bed villa was beautiful. We had an issue with the aircon in one room but it got fixed immediately. The staff were amazing, and the level of service was so good. The what’s app butler group was very useful.

There is (or was) a gorgeous view from the shared pool/bar area. But some extensive building works are happening right in front of the hotel, which block most of the view. (And would be very loud for anyone using that pool/the bar). Luckily we had an amazing unobstructed view from our villa, and we couldn’t hear any of the construction noise. For the price per night for the villa I would also expect breakfast to be included, whether you book direct or through a 3rd party like booking.com. Also a welcome drink would be a nice touch.

the villa provides an amazing view from the room as well as from the infinity pool which was the perfect temperature. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and went above and beyond for us. They created a WhatsApp chat for our villa so we could text them at any time with any requests from organising us transport to getting us beach towels, ordering cocktails to our room and carrying our luggage around.

the menu at the hotel is pricey so recommend eating at local cafes etc

The location and gorgeous views were beyond what I could have expected. Even better than the photos! I booked an ocean view room and ordered room service just so I could sit outside in the private space and admire the views. Risma and the Butler team were incredibly friendly and accommodating, checking in daily via WhatsApp and immediately responsive to any requests. They provided me local recommendations and reservations in advance of my arrival. Location was very convenient, 15 min ride from all of the beaches and restaurants I wanted to visit.

The villas are amazing. Well decorated. The bathroom is one of the nicest we have seen. The view on the island is breathtaking. The hotel is close to restaurants, yoga center (a few minutes/dollars in a Grab taxi) but in a quite area. We also liked the hotel recommendation for activities: Sunday beach club, Singlefin bar, Gooseberry restaurant, Our restaurant, Kacak fire dances at the Uluwatu temple were all highlight of the trip. The hotel restaurant is very nice too for dinner, cocktails were a highlight and we loved ordering breakfast to eat in the privacy of our villa terrace with the view.

For what we paid I don’t think it was really worth it when I compared prices to other places. There was just the 2 of us, I think if you were a bigger group and had a villa it would be perfect. There was never anyone around that communal pool and when we came home in the evenings it was closed at 17:30. So basically we just used our room to sleep. The room was beautiful, but there was no bath which coming from Ubud and Seminyak it was a disappointment. We are in one night and it was very nice but again no atmosphere , just 2 and 2 others. We went out for breakfast every morning. I felt because we didn’t have a villa we were less important.

Beautiful, quiet location, the villa was super spacious and the bed one of the comfiest I’ve experienced. We love Indonesian food so it was really important to us that there was plenty of Indonesian food on offer. They didn’t disappoint! The Bubur Ayam was fantastic and Rijsttaffl dinner in our villa was a highlight. Beautiful staff who are ready to help you with anything you might need via their Whatapp butler service. Spa services in-villa another highlight and a front row seat for spectacular Bali sunsets every night. A wonderful stay.

First impressions are everything, and the team that welcomed us set the bar high, setting the tone for every interaction that followed with every wonderful member of staff we encountered during our stay. You can tell that a lot of passion and care has gone into the property and its offerings by its owner. Everything has been carefully considered, and there is nothing cookie-cutter about any aspect of the property. Even Hidden Villas' 'entry level' room was heaven, with a ginormous and exceptionally comfortable bed and a glass-walled shower that looked out onto a lovely slice of private garden. It felt extremely secluded, peaceful and relaxing. Food was also great - we had breakfast, lunch and dinner, but the star of the show has to be the excellent and extensive wine list, with bottles from all over the world - a substantial number of which are available by the glass.

That we stayed only one night! I stay at a lot of hotels, and this is truly one that I'd love to come back to.

Our room was immaculate, and it was absolutely stunning. They maintain very high standards throughout the hotel. The staff were so kind and attentive and went over and above to ensure we had a great stay. Such a tranquil spot! One of the best stays we've ever had. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday very special.

The location is great, and it is closed to many restaurants, bars, and beaches. The villa was large, well maintained, and immaculate, thumbs up to the housekeeping team! The decoration is lovely, and the mattress is so comfy. The main highlight is the team. They are all genuinely friendly and professional and went the extra mile to make my stay a perfect one. I will definitely come back with my family soon.
