Great location, lots of space to roam around, sit by the water and swim. Water was shallow enough that the little kids in our group could play and swim without the worry of them going out to deep.

Although we did love the geese that visit and enjoyed watching the babies, there was a lot of goose poop on the grass however it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. Friends said the beds in their cottages were a little saggy in the middle, but ours were fantastic. Would have loved to have more toiletries provided given our lengthy stay. We were however able to walk up to the main office and request more.

Perfect location and perfect view! We were driving from one park to another without going far from inn. Major grocery and plaza is only 10 mins away. The room was near the lake and you can wake up in the morning with its view!

There was a misunderstanding with the parking. We thought the sign for No Parking was for non-guest from the back of the room. We followed the map from the website that says parking can be next to the room or in front the main office. I would recommend updating the website details to avoid confusion as the first line in the check-in message says "Here is a link to the map of Sunrise 5" which we automatically clicked and saw the map from the website.

We like the location and the property. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and the staff is unobtrusive, with someone always being available whenever we needed to sign out a canoe. The range of activities we could do on the property meant that the children were occupied all day. We had forgotten an item at the cottage and the staff called us and let us know they would hold it for us until we picked it up. We appreciated that very much.

The kitchen facilities are unevenly distributed among the cabins, so we were surprised to find we had no kitchen space in our room. Fortunately, as we had come up with the extended family we were able to use their kitchen to cook and store some of our groceries.

The location is ideal - close to Dwight (and Huntsville) for grocery, and 25min from the gate of Algonquin. Le cabins are on the older side of things, but well soundproofed so even if people are chatting outside, I does not disturb people sleeping. The staff is very nice, and even for those arriving late, everything is made easy for people to access their cabin.

The cabins we had were a bit dirty when we arrived (quite some sand and dust), and it did not smell very nice in the cabin. Another annoying details, the door of the washroom/bathroom would not close fully (or would get stuck when trying to close with force.

Beautiful location and the cabin was adorable. Very comfortable, very pretty. Gorgeous views. We had a great time there.

Parking can be very tricky. We were also already aware that we'd need to bring our own cutlery and plates etc but it's a shame because this would have been a huge help. I think for the price of staying and lack of parking these should have probably been included. And the check out of 10am instead of the standard 11am is a shame considering the cost too.

We stayed in one of the Mapleview rooms and were very happy with our stay. The price was amazing and I enjoyed the jet tub after a day hiking at the nearby Limberlost Reserve. We also enjoyed the fireplace. We would definitely consider coming back during the spring/summer/fall to get out on the lake. I would like to stay in one of the stand-alone cottages. Location is good for exploring the area and close enough to Hunstville for amenities.

One of the beds in the room was very uncomfortable. The other one was fine. The chimney seems to need cleaning perhaps since we had to leave the door of the fire slightly ajar in order to keep the fire burning.

We managed to get a beautiful lakefront suite, big wrap-around deck, with fire pit and Muskoka chairs at the water. Very affordable considering the cost of other options in the area. Relatively quiet, depending on your neighbours. Excited about the free watercraft rentals, but it was too choppy the day we were there.

Unfortunately the carpet in our room was wet all over (as if it had just been steamed cleaned maybe?) and smelled of wet dogs. It was also a little aggravating not having a proper kitchen/sink, but our suite with a kitchenette was the only one available when we booked.

This place stopped food since corona,it use to be breakfast and dinner.but not any more. If you have a boat that is the best place as public launching boat in same place. I WISH THEY OPEN THE FOOD AREA AGAIN.

Air condition iwas very noisy ,neighbor's were very noisy as they are attached,when they close the door they shake all the place ...etc Remote control battery need to be changed.. We use to park beside the place ..not any more why? Specially if you are handcaped

The cabin was very quiet and the beds very comfortable. The view across to the lake was lovely. We were only there for 1 night so did not make use of the other recreational activities.

The description stated that it was a cabin with a Kitchenette. This consisted of a small microwave with no instructions as to how to use it. A fridge and coffee maker and kettle. There were no glasses or cutlery or plates. We were told that the kitchenettes did not have them. This was not stated on the booking form. For travellers such as ourselves, when booking accomodation where one expects to be able to have meals that we bring with us this is very frustrating. We had to go into town and buy plastic plates and cutlery. I have not experienced a kitchenette minus basic cutlery and dishes before. This should be made quite clear especially as this facility is some distance from a town.

We loved this cabin because it felt very private and had a great view of the lake! It's perfect for a private couples' getaway. The Tally Ho is always clean and I would recommend everyone stay here. We don't have dogs but love that they are pet-friendly and look forward to bringing our future dog here.

The bed in our room was unfortunately sinking in the middle which resulted in sore backs and bad sleep. We would recommend replacing the mattress in this room.
