The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very personable and efficient. The breakfast was as good or better than our experiences at most other hotels and the lobby was inviting for meeting with friends.

We wish the shower was attached to a flexible hose.

thin walls, noisy neighbors upstairs sounded like they were moving furniture at 1am lousy pillows-I had to buy my own after the 1st night cabinet door housing refrigerator loud when closed comforter heavy & texture irritating need overhead overall lighting instead of focused areas-entry, bedside, desk desk lap poor adjustability

Manager Tim was the absolute best person at any hotels I travel to and I travel a lot!!!! I cannot tell you what a gem you have in his professionalism, his making sure you have the best of the best!!!! Jenny at front desk ( I don’t think it’s Penny) was awesome also helping me get the exact room needed for my disability needs that booking did not offer. She was awesome also!!!! Both of these ppl are truly Godsent for senior travelers like myself. Without their attention to details I would have been miserable!!!!

One trash can in the whole room, none in the large bathroom. Definitely need more especially one in bathrooms. Towels were very rough…. I was a bit surprised how rough, but nice size. Maid knocked on door 30” before I was to check out as a reminder but was gone when I answered the door, no where in site. I felt this a little rude as it was like, okay I need to get in there soon. I don’t think ppl need that HINT.

Breakfast was as expected. I wanted a Banana but they were placed under lights that were warm and the bananas were warm and mushy. Pastries were a 5 out of 10

I don't like window air conditioners that turn off and on all night

Amazing stay, the hotel looks and feel brand new! For a small down, hotel convenient and walking distance to shopping, restaurants and centrally located to the highway and downtown.

Loud housekeeping staff ... Early morning in front of guests doors with Do not disturb signs hanging.

Wonderful stat...Tim at the front desk was great and the breakfast in Sunday morning was wonderful...will definitely recommend and return

I honestly cannot think of much...one small petty thing was that there were no instant grits...but the breakfast was winderful... I just have picky grands

This hotel was truly amazing. The desk clerks were so friendly and welcoming, the hotel was spotless, the room was lovely. I cant say enough nice things about this property. I travel a great deal and this one was impressive!

Perfect location for what we visited for. Breakfast was good.

There was a mix-up with room charge however, it wasn't the hotels fault and one simple telephone call fixed the issue.

The property was very clean, well lit, the breakfast was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again! Oh, and an AMAZING breakfast!
