Very clean for the location and price, this was our second time back. We will be back again! The office staff is knowledgeable and professional! Free breakfast, so you cannot expect a lot, but what they offer will suffice for kids, and a nice added feature is the microwaveable hot pockets, hit the spot for us on our way out! The location is superb, check out the Iron Key brewery (used to be a jail)- about 2 miles away, then 7 miles down the road is “The Hare and Hound” restaurant, delicious food!

Quiet location, late check in was easy & property felt secure. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy.

No Wi-Fi . Nobody in our group could access the Wi-Fi during our stay, the AC in room 231 doesn’t work well & it was very warm all night, curtains let in light which isn’t great when you are trying to sleep.

Clean and updated facilities.

Spend the extra money on wifi that connects. I dropped or couldn't make calls during my stay. Was told by office staff to get Wi-Fi from the local library. Being located next to the highway and the fact that everyone is on their phone means you connectivity that is high speed throughout the property. Fix this and you will be a 10. Good luck.

Quiet and clean.

I don’t think it’s appropriate to charge a fee for a pet every day when you’re staying 5 days. A one time payment for the potential additional cleaning is more reasonable. One evening some people were standing outside nearby and smoking cigarettes. It would be nice if they were asked to go to a designated area.

Location was great. Staff was helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Upon arrival there were dirty linens on the floor and no clean ones were in the room. The "breakfast" consisted of cereal or toast. Nothing hot is provided.

Great location! Convenient to where we needed to be and I-26 is right there in between several towns. Shopping is nearby for any items or supplies we needed.

Room did not have an ironing board in it. We called front desk and were told they will bring one over in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, no response, so we ended up borrowing one from another guest. (We had a function to attend and could not wait any longer than the initial 15 minutes we were told.)

Would have been nice if the room was cleaned while we were there. They changed the towels and made the bed but never vacuumed or did any cleaning. They say that it’s a covid thing but why can you make my bed but not vacuum the floor? Should be a covid risk

The location not to crowded so it was more peaceful my dogs that go everywhere with us didn't do a lot of barking and wake us up all night

The microwave didn't work properly that was the only thing that I can think of other than maybe a little more choice at Breakfast

Close to quite a few food places and only about 15 minutes from downtown Tryon for gift shopping. Bed and pillows were fantastic, room service was on point. I fell in love with the bathroom mirror.

the atmosphere walking into the front office was very warm and inviting. walking into the room was just as cozy!! the breakfast was on point with some of the bigger names restaurants in the area. I have traveled around the United States and I must say this hotel is easily too 5 for me!!
