everything was nice. room, location, views, staff . all staff at reception, house cleaning and restaurant was nice except a lady named DALILA who was very Rude.

only 1 staff spoiled my whole mood. otherwise i would have rated my stay 10. one lady named DALILA at reception was very Rude . When i asked her to reheat my food in microwave she clearly refused. Then i explained her that I had mouth surgery which was clearly visible looking at my face also . so i can't eat outside food and requested her to reheat it. but she clearly refused . then some aged man from restaurant came and helped me. thanks to him.

The staff was very helpful and kind, they ensured we had the two rooms for our big family next to each other and a big family table for breakfast, accommodating the needs of our toddler and baby very well. Breakfast has lots of options and is delicious. Rooms are big. Perfect location and lovely views.

Make sure you pack your ear plugs it is an old building you can hear a lot from the rooms next to you.

The staff were super helpful and really nice. The location is also fantastic and the hotel has a nice cafe outside on the minigolf, where the kids can play while parents enjoy a coffee :-)

The mattress was too soft and there were only two pillows, aslo too soft. It would be good if extra pillows were provided. The bathroom needs updating as it is very dated and the tap in the sink was spilling water from the top as it was broken.

The location, facilities, breakfast and cleanliness were all excellent. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful, and provided exceptional service throughout my stay.

I would like to offer a suggestion for improvement: it would be wonderful to have tea or coffee facilities in the rooms.

The location was perfect for access to cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, buses, and ski lifts. The breakfast was ample. It was nice to have the demi-pension and the food for dinner was okay.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Food was tasty. Amazing view of mountains and beautiful village. We are so happy. Thank you so much ✨ We will be coming back soon ❤️

very good location in the nature and close to the cable car, as well as very close to tge bus stop (to go to Glacier 3000). Decent breakfasts.

Rooms and the entire building need some investment and renovation - everything is very old and overused. Heaters in the shoe room would be also nice.

Breakfast was good and healthy. Well located, stayed a night for visiting Glacier 3000 which was just 10 mins.

Not having Air Conditioner

Very welcoming staff who went the extra mile to give me a lift to the glacier 3000 after our bus was full. He was so helpful and friendly. Amazing views in a stunning location. A true winter wonderland.

Hotel perfect for families. Great location in Les Diablerets village. Good connection to ski resort. We had half board and dinner was great! Personnel kind and helpful

The facilities are a bit too old, hotel non renovated, I found it a bit too expensive for the quality.
