Gorgeous hotel with a modern, cosy design that fits with the Swiss alpine feel. We had an incredible view of the mountains from our room. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The spa was also very nice and well-equipped. The location is perfect for getting to all the main areas of the village.

I did not let this affect the rating because I don't know if this is the hotel's fault, but the main entrance to the hotel felt like a bit of a death trap. It's a staircase directly on a very busy road that is just before a bend where oncoming cars don't have much time to see you. So unless you cross the road very quickly, it can be very dangerous. There was no pedestrian crosswalk, or a sidewalk we could get to. Luckily, there was a back way we always took instead although it took a bit longer. I went on this trip with my mother who is quite slow, so I didn't want to risk it.

Very charming wood cabinets with an amazing view of the mountains. Excellent chef and quality of the food and beverage. Great service. Very nice facilities: pool, bar, jacuzzi and garden.

We just had back luck because the water sprinkler was all night hitting the walls and roof of the cabin. It was impossible to sleep with the noise and we were not able to comunícate with anyone at the reception to turn it off. The hotel staff is very friendly and they apologize for it.

Location is just amazing. The facilities were great and more importantly the staff is so friendly! The lady at the reception and the young gentleman at the breakfast were so nice, attentive, super hospitality! The dinner and the breakfast were also great! We will definitely go back!

Only finding the car park was a bit of a mission but we made it eventually!

people were great. on site club was amazing. jazz one nite, comedy show the next and then a world class dj a third nite. pleasant 8 minute walk to the ski lift. and really enjoyed the personalized service at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

we are very picky but honestly it was a great place. maybe they could do a better job shoveling the snow from the sidewalks on the property, it did get slippery.

The location, food, amenities are superb. Above all, the staff is amazing, make you instantly feel home and warmheartedly welcome 🌟

Beautiful location in the Alps, accommodations are clean new and well maintained. Swimming pool and spa are wonderful especially after any outdoor activities. Staff is very friendly and helpfully. Breakfast was great!

Beautiful venue, wonderful view from our room. Very traditionally Swiss with a trendy feel. Host and staff were very, very friendly and welcoming. Great location with plenty of restaurants near by, however the restaurant on sight is absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was truly outstanding!

Don’t book, I want to have availability when back. It’s not a hotel, of which there are many around, rather a home with a wonderful breakfast chef, who needs that? 👍😘
