The breakfast was fine (coffee, juice, sweet rolls, fruit) and served on the very pretty roof deck with views of Chapultepec Castle. Breakfast isn't mentioned on the hotel website and was a pleasant surprise. The lobby is beautiful, with gardens built into two airwells, comfortable lounge furniture, and the most clever bench design I have seen, with carved leg supports that not only strengthen but add beauty. My husband is unwell and in a wheelchair and the trip to see our son's sculpture show opening was exhausting for him. The cleaning staff were very accommodating of our not vacating the room in a timely manner each day.

The terrace room was larger than I expected, with a king-size bed, but because this is the largest city in North America, traffic noise is to be expected. The wall of windows did a good job of masking the noise, but the terrace was sometimes a bit too noisy to relax in. I suppose a full-length mirror in the rooms would be welcome. Maybe a handout of instructions in English? I accidentally screwed up the little room safe.

the breakfast was always welcome, especially the coffee. Nice to have it on the upstairs patio. Our suite was clean and comfortable and quiet. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. All of them, especially young Oscar Solis who could not have been more helpful. Also Claudia. They were both just great and very patient with my attempts with Spanish and also in obtaining an Uber.

My only beef really was the location. I didn't realize how noisy MC could be what with the constant traffic. However there isn't much you can do about that. Once inside the hotel it was like an oasis of peace. My wife and I are not as young as we once were, and so MC being a walking city especially in the area in which the hotel is, did make it a little difficult in setting off for the day, (because of the need to walk). The metro and bus station were quite close however.

Breakfast timing was not consistent but I liked the pastries and coffee. It would have been nice for there to be refilled water canisters at the breakfast area for people to swap out their room's water. I downloaded the door lock app but noone ever asked to help activate it so I assumed I was to use the code each time.

I wish the sink unit didn't make loud noises at night. It woke my partner up a few times during our stay. I also think the host was a bit unfriendly and made me feel bad for asking for toilet paper.

V65 is a discreet jewel. Two friends and I shared one of its two bedroom apartments. As soon as we stepped into the attractive lobby we felt at home. Oscar and Claudia’s welcome couldn’t have been more gracious. Our delight with the place expanded 10 fold on entering the apartment - it’s decor so fresh and modern, well equipped and sparkling clean. One of my friends is an interior designer and she was blown away. As happy as we were with the apartment, the rooftop terrace with it’s spectacular view became our go-to-chill-out place. Perfect! V65 provided one of life’s rare “reality exceeding expectations” moments.

The neighborhood is great for walking around as is the nearby park. The room was spacious and tasteful. There is a nice rooftop where pastries and coffee are served in the morning.

The room is a bit noisy owing to the adjacent busy highway but noise insulation is good. There was no cleaning service and it was unclear how to dispose of the garbage.

Hotel situated on a very busy street / highway and not in centre of Condensa (takes 10-15m walk to be in charming area). Rooms can hear the street quite a bit despite the glazing and terrace very loud so not really a useful perk. Overall the noise did not prevent us from sleeping and considering all the positives of the hotel we still consider it good value for money and would recommend as an economical base to explore Mexico City

The terrace is absolutely stunning, the room is cozy and comfortable, and the location is within walking distance. They serve breakfast on the terrace every morning, and the employees are super sweet and easy to talk to. Additionally, there's a 24/7 guard on duty, and they open the door for you.

The noise level is a bit high, so you may need to be mindful of your volume.

This place was amazing, it was incredibly clean and the rooms were great. They also offered filtered water in the common kitchen with most places didn't have - this was amazing!

The WIFI didn't reach all rooms.

Toilet and sink are divided by a clear glass door (you can see your partner sitting). There's not a hair dryer in the room by default. Hotel is located right next to a high way, which creates some noise.

Super convenient, safe, comfortable, and private. The staff were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to answer questions and even helped us book tickets and make a few phone calls in Spanish. The room has everything you need and would expect, including coffee and tea and a modern TV with Apps (Netflix, etc.).
