We recently had the pleasure of returning to Don Jacinto Stay & Sip, and I can say without hesitation that our experience was just as wonderful as our first stay three years ago. The location is absolutely fantastic. You can easily stroll to the trendy neighborhoods of Roma and Condesa, and you're just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Chapultepec Park. It's perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in the local culture and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city. Our room was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully appointed with every detail considered. From bathrobes to a convenient towel warmer, it felt luxurious and comfortable. The amenities provided truly made us feel at home. The complimentary coffee, tea, and water available at any time were a delightful touch. We were also impressed by the excellent Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected. The host of Don Jacinto is incredible, offering also wealth of tips on activities and local dining. Their recommendations were spot on, guiding us to some amazing restaurants and experiences that truly enriched our trip. One other highlight was the daily housekeeping service, which ensured our room remained clean and inviting throughout our stay. This attention to detail really made a difference and added to our overall comfort. Without a doubt, we would choose to return to Don Jacinto Stay & Sip on our next visit. I would like having a bit more light in the room, as well as the option for air conditioning or a fan for added comfort during warmer days

The location is excellent next to Chapultepec park and its many attractions. The Condesa neighborhood is great with many restaurants and is safe to explore. The bed was super confortable and the WIFI worked well. The place is quiet depending on the other people staying. They were kind to store the luggage after checkout.

The door to the room was not very secure but it still felt safe with cameras all over the public areas. I understood there was a fridge inside the room but this is in a public area. The hot water in the shower is impossible to work, it is too hot or cold. I would suggest a demonstration of how to work it if they indicate it is possible, and ask to adjust the flame to a lower setting. The light inside the room was not great.

This is a lovely inn with a very friendly and helpful staff, impeccably clean rooms, in a great location, for a good value. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and there are so many good places to eat within a few blocks. It's also super close to Bosque Chapultapec, so you can walk to many museums, and quickly access public transportation (although be aware that as of 2023 line 1 is still under renovation - you'll need to take the bus instead). I loved our stylish room, soft sheets, lots of pillows, and spacious bathroom. It was a cozy and quiet place to be after long days trekking through the city. The staff were very communicative over WhatsApp - super responsive and gave lots of detailed info and tips, which was very appreciated.

As other reviews mentioned, the rooms are pretty dark. A tall, bright floor lamp or simple overhead light would take these rooms from quite good to excellent. But for us, this was a minor issue - we weren't there to work or stay in the room all day.

Great location. Super friendly and communicative staff through Whatsapp and onsite. The room I stayed in, Chela, was tastefully decorated and had all the essentials. The lounge down the hall also had more essentials such as filtered water, tea, plates and silverware.

The only thing I did not like was the shower because it was complicated getting it to the right temperature, and the lighting was super low in the evening. It wasn’t a big problem, just inconvenient.

very comfortable place. I like that it was a small and intimate space with those industrial touches that made it very unique. it looked very cool and funky and was very comfy and clean. I loved staying here even though I usually stay in airbnb rather than hotels, this was a lovely place to stay in a great neighborhood and close to the park.

from my window, I looked out over a car park and at night bright lights would illuminate through as the blind was not sufficient to block out all the light. this was my only criticism. fix that and my stay would have been perfect. people said it was very noisy and although I sometimes could hear the cleaning ladies at work in the morning I generally found it to be very quiet.

Top location, quiet room, big room, big bed, absolutely perfect and 24/7 customer assistance. I got always very quickly satisfactory answers on all my questions and doubts through WhatsApp and always with a digital smile

Doorlock gives weak security, bathroom cold, shower and warm water a bit tricky but once you understand it, it is controllable

Great location close to the park and many fun restaurants and bars, super walkable to other cool neighborhoods, comfortable room, and super friendly and attentive staff. Really enjoyed our stay here for a few nights and would absolutely recommend. The room with the terrace was super cute and honestly, this was the best shower we've ever had in Mexico City, and we've been here a lot! Hot and great water pressure! All in all, wonderful value!

We stayed in the beautiful Tina Apartment, which is a separate building just down the street from the hotel. Staff met us there upon our arrival to unlock the building and give us a tour. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and very conveniently located. The mattresses and sheets were so nice. Lots of closet space for hanging clothes, gorgeous views.

There were really no down-sides to this apartment. The only thing I can think of was that it was hard to do my makeup in either of the bathrooms. The lighting wasn't great for that, but that's such a minor thing. Also, an exhaust fan in the main bathroom would have been helpful. I was afraid to crack open the giant interior courtyard window. But again, it wouldn't keep me from staying again and again.

Cute rooms in a beautiful old property. Location is excellent for exploring Roma and Condesa, and the park is a short walk away too! Little balcony areas are nice for some fresh air. Communal kitchen area is great for storing food items and making coffee in the morning. Staff were very helpful and gave lots of local recommendations. There's no reception on site but I felt they were always very responsive if we needed anything.

The shower times out after a minute or so and gets freezing cold. Not very relaxing! Time for a new hot water system.

The hotel is located in a wonderful location. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful and responsive to needs incl. storing luggage, providing recommendations for food options in the local area, responding to messages. I would certainly return here again.
