I loved the location of the property. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The part I really loved about this property was how comfortable the bed was. We slept really well and will be staying again.

If you are in rooms on the 2nd floor you need to be able to climb stairs. My friend has a disability and struggled with the stairs but once in the room the stay was lovely. Also be sure to keep your room key card away from other cards in your purse/wallet as we got locked out on the 2nd night and the staff advised us it was because of this. Thankfully the staff were onsite and reprogrammed our keys straight away though I did have to do the dreaded 4 flights of stairs to the second floor again as I had to collect the reprogrammed key from reception on ground floor.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy. The staff brought my bags to the room for me since there is no elevator. The staff was the best part they have great customer service.

The pictures are nicer than what the facility really looks like. You can tell that they have tried to make some upgrades but the rooms could still use some work. The bed was also very hard and they were two twins pushed together so their was a hard bump in the middle of the bed. Also there was no AC and no elevator. There is also no phone in the room to call the front desk to have my bags taken down so I took my bags down myself but when the front desk associate heard me struggling he quickly came to help. I feel like they are trying their best to have a good hotel there are just some cosmetic they can improve on.

Value for your money. Good budget hotel near London-Heathrow Int'l Airport. Perfect for layovers or if you're staying in London for just 1-2 nights for business with a little time spent at the hotel. Rooms are quiet, clean and spacious enough for the luggage. Beds and washroom are good. Staff members are polite and check-in process in fast and smooth. I highly recommend this hotel.

No kettle in the room but the hotel has a vending machine at the lobby that serves complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Some of the rooms don't have an AC so if you're travelling during the Summer months, please mention in your reservation that you'd like to book a room with AC.

I always have a great experience at this hotel, especially thanks to Ali, who is usually on reception when we stay. He is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always goes the extra mile to ensure we’re comfortable. His attentiveness and warm demeanor really make the difference. Oh, let me tell you about this amazing hotel I stayed at! The service there was top-notch, and the receptionist named Taaz was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, Taaz greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. They were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The hotel itself was beautiful, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. I can't recommend it enough, especially with Taaz's exceptional service. You'll definitely feel like a VIP there!

To be honest I was very anxious prior to checking in. I hadn't pre booked parking and was worried in case it was typical of other city hotel carparks! What a good surprise to drive into a very spacious and secure carpark directly behind the hotel. We were late checking in but the door was opened very quickly by Ali. What a charming and efficient young man. A real star after a very long journey. The room was large, very clean and had every thing we needed. Also, no noise from outside or from other guests . The ensuite was spotless, soaps an shampoos provided and the double size shower was excellent. The bed was super comfy and the bedding crisp and clean. No brew making facilities in the room but there was a free vending machine in reception serving rather good coffee!! Overall we had an excellent stay and will definitely be back. Thank you

I had to spend few days in London each week in December. Once i found this place, i won't look for anything else in West London, near to Heathrow. Exceptional staff, pleasant rooms, everything you could expect from decent hotel as this place surely is. Money well spent.

The place was clean & looks like new. Bright and pleasant. Although the room was small but adequate for our needs. The bathroom was newly built shower has power & the waterflow was very good. There was a free drinks machine in the Reception. Staff was friendly and nice. I like the place i will come back should i need in future.

Where it was its right beside a petrol station but it doesnt bother me. Not the place for toffs & snooties.

A clean, modern, comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Parking is very easy in the dedicated spaces. While there's no restaurant, there are plenty of dining options very nearby in W Drayton.

The free drinks vending machine in the lobby is a nice touch, but in-room tea/coffee facilities would be the icing on the cake for this almost perfect hotel.

I’m a female single traveler and felt safe in this hotel. Location is far from the main sights of London but with very easy connections. Subway station is 5 minutes walk (Elizabeth Line). Staff is very friendly and this deserve to be highlighted! Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Supermarket is close by. Little water bottles are provided for free. Nice coffee machine at the reception.

My room had a window to a balcony where other guests could access so I had to keep the curtains of my room closed all the time. No lift.
