Fantastic views from the roof and pool bar. Very friendly staff, professional, clean, comfortable, helpful- some good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Hotel needs some investment but presentable downstairs.

Noisy children running around by the pool with no adult supervision! The carpets and towels etc could use updating.

Hotel location is perfect, a short walking distance from the main busy road. Taxis available at anytime and cheap. journey to the main busy El Fena is appx 12 minutes , cost us £4.00 - 40/50 Derham. Hotel Staff are amazing, helpful & friendly Particularly Amal who advice you of the best places to go and get deals. she is an asset to the hotel. Also have to speak about the Professional Restaurant manager Rahali, the smile never leaves him. extremely polite, tactful, & friendly. Does his job and much more.... loved the Suite with double basin and huge balcony with Jacuzzi , we didn't need to use it having the lovely pool on the roof with the bar there too. when leaving on our last day we felt like they are saying goodbye to family members.

Would have liked international food along the Tagine so the choice is there, when you had enough of the traditional food. Note that you have to pay for still water/coffee , even when your package includes dinner or lunch, its not much, just for £3.00 & no free jug of water with ice - while coffee with your breakfast is available and its included at no extra charge. Occasionally a smell of sewerage appears on some roads, as its common in some countries just for moments. still isn't very nice.

The hotel is very clean, we got the family room which was spacious, the beds are comfortable too. The staff were very polite and helpful at the reception (Amal), and Latifa (the cleaning lady) would offer to clean the room everyday and top up on the essentials, the breakfast was delicious too the msemen lady (Nadine) was very kind to serve it all fresh. The rooftop pool is big, the views are amazing from up there too l. There are so many restaurants and shops close to the hotel at 5 mins walk, and it's just 20 mins drive to the main square and all the tourist attractions. My family and i had a great time here will definitely come back again.

Staff: There is plenty of staff at all areas of the hotel. To us all friendly, helpful and they work to the best of their ability. Negative reviews concerning staff are misplaced in my opinion. Rooftop: Very nice rooftop pool, very good and active lifeguard. Clean and plenty of seating around the pool. There is also a bar with additional seats. Room: Big enough for 2 adults and a toddler. No hygiene issues in the room, the bathroom had some flaws, but that wasn't a deal-breaker. Balcony included. Location: In a bit more quiet part (which we preferred) but still close to 2 crowded streets including the main Street through Gueliz. (5 to 10 minutes walk) and the N7 (5 minutes walk). The hotel has a good layout, 2 working elevators for the customers and 1 for the staff, enough seating in the reception area and is kept clean. Breakfast: Passable. Enough choice but some fruit would be a good addition. No experience with the dinner. Strong WiFi throughout the hotel. If you alter your expectations and don't expect everything to be new in an older hotel, the hotel will meet your expectations. We spent 7 days in the hotel and would stay again.

The fitness area itself should be for free as it's not worth paying for. The restaurant could use several child seats.

The staffs were exceptional. Amal, the reception staffs, the domestic and kitchen/dinner staffs are so warm and friendly. Always with a smile. The room we stayed was spacious, cool and comfortable. The meals are very tasty and fresh with lots to choose from. We'll surely stay there again.

The smell of the sewage around the hotel can sometimes be uncomfortable. The towels are very clean but worn and needs replacing.

Fabulous staff, very accommodating, polite & helpful We arrived on New Year’s Eve with no reservations for dinner, were told everywhere was fully booked but we really wanted a fun evening… Amel, the public relations manager was amazingly resourceful! Booked us in to the most amazing dinner & show with pick up & drop off at the hotel, with 1 hour notice! Khaleel was very helpful trying to chase my lost luggage at the airport.

Some little areas of renovation are needed like electric sockets off walls & tidying up grouting etc around baths.

Pool small and more safety with kids pool part as my daughter managed to get out to adult section and nearly drowned. First aider needed at hotel incase of emergency as they don't have any and receptionist asked to go next door to pharmacy to get it sorted out

The hotel had wonderful facilities - gorgeous pool, good spa, big room with huge beds, lovely dining room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, our air conditioning was quite weak in our room but it was fixed as soon as I mentioned it at reception for example. The breakfast was spectacular, I can’t believe how much and what variety they provided, delicious.

The beds were a little hard, the hotel had a slightly ‘corporate’ feel which was a shame, there weren’t any chairs on the balcony (but it was really too hot to sit out there so not a problem)

Salima the hotel maid was very nice and accommodating and looked after us everyday we were there. The hotel receptionists were also very accommodating

The street location could have been abit better, it is right next to one of the main streets which is good but the hotel spot itself is not the greatest. The views from the room we were in was an internal semi balcony which was straight into the dining area, this was not ideal.
